I made a mistake by not doing enough homework before I used their services. I should have looked into the company more. Reviews could have warned me about their issues. I was lucky that Dizette.com listened to my complaint. Their team took my concerns seriously. They acted fast to fix the problem. I got my money back last week because of their help. This quick refund was a huge relief. It shows that Dizette.com cares about its customers.

The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $47,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Realizing that this company has deceived me and stole $697,000 worth of bitcoin and it hurts a lot. They used dishonest methods to steal all of my money. I unsuccessfully attempted to get my money back for several months. Sadly, in spite of my numerous emails, I never received any response from their customer support. It was a good thing I got in touch with Rose Hoover who helped me recover my investment from these shady individuals. If you are a victim of a scam kindly contact her via. I sincerely apologies for hearing about your trying experience; these con artists are quite crafty in how they deceive people. You ought to consider filing a grievance with HERSTEL.CO. They assisted me in getting my money fully back in a matter of days.

I've ordered from Qualtry before and was very happy with the quality of the products but this last holiday season I ordered photo ornaments and was not happy. The photos were not clear on two of the photo ornaments I ordered.

I had ordered from Qualtry before and was totally happy with the product and shipping. I ordered several Christmas gifts and a couple of birthday gifts on November 14, 2023. I paid extra for personalization in the US and also an expedited shipping fee, even tho it was not supposed to take more than 3-5 days. I received the order on December 20,2023. More than 5 weeks from ordering and missed one of the birthdays and barely made Christmas. At the very least I would like a refund on the expedited shipping!

Unfortunately, I wasn’t as pleased this order as I was in the past. My stocking that I ordered arrived a little late plus it wasn’t in excellent condition when it shipped out. I believe the item was still damp from the machine and then when folded over, part of the print appeared elsewhere on the stocking.

I recently places an order well before Christmas. A day or 2 later, I sent an email requesting a change in the monogramming on a small bag. Instead of her full name, I requested dropping the last 3 letters to create her nickname. I was sent an apology email stating the order had already been submitted and could not be changed. I received part of my order and have yet to receive the rest of it. The 2nd half of the order includes the requested change. I cannot access the information to see an expected ship or arrival date, plus my order was not correct. I've never had issues of any kind with Qualtry in the past, and cannot express the level of disappointment I am experiencing. Jennifer

I ordered two cutting boards and an apron on November 11, 2023 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE APRON and I didn't receive the cutting boards until December 26, 2023 and I had to contact you all to draw attention to it!
