“Realizing that this company has deceived me and stole $697,000 worth of bitcoin and it hurts a lot. They used dishonest methods to steal all of my money. I unsuccessfully attempted to get my money back for several months. Sadly, in spite of my numerous emails, I never received any response from their customer support. “I had ordered from Qualtry before and was totally happy with the product and shipping. I ordered several Christmas gifts and a couple of birthday gifts on November 14, 2023. I paid extra for personalization in the US and also an expedited shipping fee, even tho it was not supposed to take more than 3-5 days. I received the order on December 20,2023. More than 5 weeks from ordering and missed one of the birthdays and barely made Christmas. At the very least I would like a refund on the expedited shipping!”

“Unfortunately, I wasn’t as pleased this order as I was in the past. My stocking that I ordered arrived a little late plus it wasn’t in excellent condition when it shipped out. I believe the item was still damp from the machine and then when folded over, part of the print appeared elsewhere on the stocking.”
