Unfortunately, I wasn’t as pleased this order as I was in the past. My stocking that I ordered arrived a little late plus it wasn’t in excellent condition when it shipped out. I believe the item was still damp from the machine and then when folded over, part of the print appeared elsewhere on the stocking.

I recently places an order well before Christmas. A day or 2 later, I sent an email requesting a change in the monogramming on a small bag. Instead of her full name, I requested dropping the last 3 letters to create her nickname. I was sent an apology email stating the order had already been submitted and could not be changed. I received part of my order and have yet to receive the rest of it. The 2nd half of the order includes the requested change. I cannot access the information to see an expected ship or arrival date, plus my order was not correct. I've never had issues of any kind with Qualtry in the past, and cannot express the level of disappointment I am experiencing. Jennifer

I wish Qualtry would use other shipping methods as opposed to the USPS. It was a nightmare. I received my order way after Christmas time and it was very disappointing. The beautiful items I purchased for family and friends (AND MY BOSSES AR WORK) were given to them AFTER Christmas AND some I still have not been able to give to them because they live out of town. So sad.

I never got the throw pillow I ordered! I paid for it, but never received it. Their response to my pleas for help were less than helpful; always a programmed response that didn't address my request for help. I did receive a cutting board I ordered.

I ordered several items on November 26th and was required to pay for Express shipping - which was almost as much as my order. I did not receive my items until December 26th. I was ultimately happy with the purchases - but was not happy about being required to pay for express shipping and still not receiving my items until after Christmas.

The item I ordered was great quality, well worth the price. The customer service and processing time was disappointing. I was taken back by that as I have had such a positive experience in the past. I understand it’s the holidays and a very busy time of year. I feel my item that I ordered in early December only arrived the day before Christmas because I kept reaching out for a status update. Had I not done so, I feel my order would have arrived well after Christmas.

Always had a good experience with them. This year I’ve waited a month for my order. Still hasn’t shipped. Asked for an update 4 days ago and still nothing!!! Love the quality of the products…. But this year the timing is horrible.

I made a purchase that arrived after Christmas, they had stated they would expedite it. And of it was to arrive after the holiday, they would make it right. I contacted them in regard to the issue. And have not receive any response from your company. I have shopped with your company several times. This order was very disappointing. Holiday is over and I need to get other gifts to replace these. I also had another order that did arrive on time. But one of the glasses came broken. Which they are doing a replacement on. Apparently this review is on the high ball glass order and not my other order

Last year my Christmas gift order from Qualtry was well-done and received in a timely fashion. This year, however, I placed my order in mid-November and did not receive it for more than six weeks. And this was after I contacted Qualtry to inquire - 'what happened to your 2-week shipping policy?' I was grateful they responded well to this inquiry, however, as a courtesy, it would behoove Qualtry to notify customers when an order is going to be so grossly overdue. And I had already paid extra for "Personalized in the USA," which was (according to their website) supposed to save shipping time. Too, Qualtry would do well to add a live person to their communication options. Overall, still pleased with the quality of the items.

Super disappointed in the boards, the round when I got was completely off centered and it’s a gift. I’ve gotten so many from you. This is the first time I’ve been really disappointed in the quality.

The collar has the wrong phone number on it. I did send a email for the collar to be corrected but have not heard back frim anyone .

All of my order did not arrive did get refunded after several attempts to talk to someone via email. I had to run out at last min to supplement the items I did get.

But completely understandings your system. I purchased 3 items from your company thru Groupon and never got the change to use them due to the item was always out of stock when I tried to redeem. The vouchers expired. I sent email asking what should I do. I was informed to contact Groupon for a refund. So I purchased more item thru your website after the expired vouchers . And my purchase was handle quick and I received my orders after the date I was promise.

I have ordered from Qualtry before and gotten some very nice gifts for people. This time the order took way too long with no notice that there was a delay. I had alot of trouble trying to find a way to communicate with them. I finally received the order and was happy that it had arrived on time to give to most of my giftees, however the quality of the order was less than I had previously had. The cutting boards looked like they had been finished in a rush as the stain that makes the wording stand out was not evenly distributed and not present at all on some of the items, making them hard to read. I will order from them again. Thank you

I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the hats and gloves. They are thinner than I had thought they would be. I also thought I ordered a collar for my cat.

Service was good but the engraving is light and hard to see the wording. Paid the extra fee to have it done in the US expecting it would have better quality assurance checks in place but result would've probably been the same if I just had it done overseas. Wasted money.

Once a order is placed you should be able to modify order with how advanced technology is.
