Ordered custom cat and Dog collars. Collar sizes run small and were delivered late. I still haven’t received one from order in early December.

Very good quality - when order is correct. I bought a lot of Christmas presents and everyone loved the Alexa tea towels. My niece loved the personalized sketch pad and the personalized pillow cases that you can draw on. She started as soon as she got them! Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that two items from a previous order were incorrect. That being said, I sent them a picture with a description and they credited my account right away, so kudos for customer service. I would definitely use them again.

Dog collars were very nice, second time ordering from Qualtry. However I paid for expedited shipping and did not receive in timeframe quoted. Asked for expedited shipping cost to be credited back but just got a sorry. Recommend Qualtry but would not pay for expedited shipping.

While I love Qualtry's numerous items and their quality has always been outstanding, their Christmas shipping schedule left something to be desired...along with their communication about such. I ordered several items for Christmas on November 30, with all of the items being listed as shipping in 1-2 business days. The week before Christmas, I'd received no shipping notice and no updates. I reached out to customer care...and while the agent was extremely helpful, the company should have taken the initiative to reach out first with an update. While all the actual gifts arrived in time for Christmas, I'm STILL waiting on the personal item I had in the order.

I received doubles of two items I ordered. Another order took 4 weeks to receive- but did arrive before Christmas with many back and forth emails. Quality control needs revisiting at this company. I DID like my items-

Love the collars but just upset because I ordered too quickly & Did NOT choose the correct color For Daisy Lou's Collar leaving it barely to see her name & phone number. Duke's came out great! DID NOT realize I had to choose lettering-was in a rush. Do not want to spend extra money right now for an additional collar.

Ordered 3 items, all personalized. I received 2 of them together. When I checked the delivery status it indicated all 3 had been delivered. I looked all over my house thinking I missed it in the packing material. Then, I received a separate package about a week later with the 3rd item. Their delivery status was not accurate and caused confusion. Products are good, delivery and tracking are not...

My order on the cutting boards this time was not as good as quality as in the past. Also, ornaments were broken. Ornaments delivered USPS. But, the customer support was outstanding. I will continue to order from Qualtry. Thank you

Order took a long time and only communication was when I reached out. The quality of the monogram wallets was disappointing. I have been gifted 2 wallets previously and they were better quality

I purchased the monogrammed hats and gloves for my daughters and granddaughter for Christmas. They loved them. However, the white hat did not match the white gloves in color. The gloves were more an off white

Most of the items were GREAT! 2 of the Coffee cups, that I ordered, were barely readable. White writing against a black background was very light. The other items were AWESOME.... I will order thru them again.

The embroidered towel was lovely. In the ad/photo it was a set, so I was a little confused when there was only one. The quality was very good and it was a gift and I think they will like it.
