The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $47,100. I had ordered from Qualtry before and was totally happy with the product and shipping. I ordered several Christmas gifts and a couple of birthday gifts on November 14, 2023. I paid extra for personalization in the US and also an expedited shipping fee, even tho it was not supposed to take more than 3-5 days. I received the order on December 20,2023. More than 5 weeks from ordering and missed one of the birthdays and barely made Christmas. At the very least I would like a refund on the expedited shipping!

The quality of the items was not up to par. The customer service was time-consuming and made even the simplest return very difficult. I will not be buying from this company again.

Totally deceptive in your advertising I purchased a deal on Groupon which said I would get charged $8.49 While purchasing I could see the price of $39.99 and that the coupon applied but expected that I would see the final price once I completed the purchase I did not I got charged the full price and it did not arrive till after Christmas I immediately got a hold of Groupon and today after multiple e mails they told me I was too late I feel deceived and that you and Groupon are unethical

Your merchandise is nice but not worth the poor communication and shipping time. I placed my order on Dec 4th. My order was divided into 2 parts and I received 1 of the parts the day after Christmas. It is now Jan 6th and I still have not received the other part of my order. These were all Christmas gifts and I am unhappy with this poor service.

I ordered quite a few items as Christmas gifts: ornaments, stockings, puzzles, etc. Other than the bubble mailer, the ceramic ornaments weren't individually protected at all and thus arrived in fragments or ground to dust. The stockings had initials which were ironed on, but some stockings were ironed with wrinkles so that the initial looked deformed when the stocking was stuffed with items. The puzzle looked very nice.

I waited over a month for my product. No one ever informed me my product was out of stock and would not arrive. No one contacted me. I had to reach out to the company to receive MY refund. Not great service.

The aprons are fine. The fact that they were ordered on December 2nd and didn’t arrive until December 24th is terrible.

Ordered 2 dog collars, one small and one medium. The size of your collars are incorrect. The medium size could have fit a German Shepard. Very unhappy and won’t be using your company again!

I purchased 2 items as Christmas presents with plenty of time to receive them. One item came in the mail without the other. I notified your company and heard the day before Christmas Eve I believe, that you were out of stock, and you refunded me the list price of the item. This gave me no time to shop for something else to replace the item that did not arrive, and you did not return the taxes or adjust the shipping fees to account for the fact that I only received one item. I contacted your company but have heard nothing about making the price adjustment. You ask below about receiving a refund. I have marked "very hard" etc. because I have not yet received an adjustment for taxes and shipping. I would not have ordered one item who's shipping price was more than twice the cost of the item.

I was very disappointed with Qualtry. I placed a big order in the beginning of November and the order was delivered right before Christmas. It took way too long for delivery and one of the key items was missing. It was an ornament with a picture of a dear bride and groom from their recent wedding and I was very excited to give that as a gift. Very disappointing and not sure I will trust Qualtry for purchases again.

Half of my Christmas gifts that were ordered on Black Friday have yet to arrive. Even with your email "heads up" that orders would be delayed, this has been a poor customer experience. I will rethink using your company again.

I placed 2 orders. 12/5 and 12/6. I got my order on 12/5. I didn't get my order for 12/6 until after Christmas. I didn't get any info about it being late. I started sending messages to you around the 14-15th of the month to ensure my items would come in on time. They didn't. I was told at first that my items would be to me by the 21st and then when asked again, was told they wouldn't. I was also told that I would get a partial refund and I didn't. I asked for a free item since the people that the gifts were for are no longer here to get their gifts. So I can't do anything with them now. It really sucks that this happened and I am saddened by this. It is not my first time ordering from you. But I thought someone would at least compensate me for the lateness and my wasted money since I can't give these people their gifts and I'm not sending them to them either. Cost too much. I still have part of my order not here and now I can't give those gifts for Christmas. It is too late.

Ordered two red personalized stocking. Received one red and one green stocking. Order and packing slip both listed two red stockings so not sure why one is green.

Was disappointed to find that my order had been switched. I ordered a blue power bank and a pink one for my son and daughter, with their name to be engraved on each one. The company put my son's name on the pink one and my daughter's name on the blue one. When I contacted them about it, they said they had already sold out of the product and could only refund me. Plus they never shipped the other items in the order. Would not do business with this company again whose quality control is obviously non-existent. I purchased these on groupon.
