I purchased 2 items as Christmas presents with plenty of time to receive them. One item came in the mail without the other. I notified your company and heard the day before Christmas Eve I believe, that you were out of stock, and you refunded me the list price of the item. This gave me no time to shop for something else to replace the item that did not arrive, and you did not return the taxes or adjust the shipping fees to account for the fact that I only received one item. I contacted your company but have heard nothing about making the price adjustment. You ask below about receiving a refund. I have marked "very hard" etc. because I have not yet received an adjustment for taxes and shipping. I would not have ordered one item who's shipping price was more than twice the cost of the item.
