Realizing that this company has deceived me and stole $697,000 worth of bitcoin and it hurts a lot. They used dishonest methods to steal all of my money. I unsuccessfully attempted to get my money back for several months. Sadly, in spite of my numerous emails, I never received any response from their customer support. It was a good thing I got in touch with Rose Hoover who helped me recover my investment from these shady individuals. If you are a victim of a scam kindly contact her via. I sincerely apologies for hearing about your trying experience; these con artists are quite crafty in how they deceive people. You ought to consider filing a grievance with HERSTEL.CO. They assisted me in getting my money fully back in a matter of days.

I've ordered from Qualtry before and was very happy with the quality of the products but this last holiday season I ordered photo ornaments and was not happy. The photos were not clear on two of the photo ornaments I ordered.

I ordered two cutting boards and an apron on November 11, 2023 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE APRON and I didn't receive the cutting boards until December 26, 2023 and I had to contact you all to draw attention to it!

It took almost 2 months for my order to be completed. I ordered the glasses, beer opener and cutting board the first week of November so I could have them for Christmas gifts and even after multiple messages to the company, they arrived after Christmas. Do not order if you want it in time.

I had a terrible experience.I have ordered things from quality in the past and had no issues. This time I ordered Christmas Stockings near to Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, they did not arrive until after Christmas. I was forced to purchase some elsewhere and now I am stuck with both!

I placed an order on December 5 (all Christmas gifts) and was not informed until 12/18 that part of the order could not be fulfilled. This was after I had contacted Qualtry asking for an order update on 12/15. The remainder of the order made it here just before Christmas. More disappointing than this complete lack of order management and communication was the complete absence of customer service on the back end. I received nothing but a form letter informing me the item wasn't coming due to lack of inventory and that my card was being refunded. Trash. This was the last time I'll be ordering anything from Qualtry.

I placed a late order for Christmas, 12/16/23. Showing Fed EX 2-day delivery. Then a pop up came up and said order $100 and get free delivery. Soooo I added to my order - the pop up failed to say, if you order $100+ you will send it snail mail and it didn't get here in time for my Christmas presents - THANKS! Sooo disappointed - didn't arrive early enough for me to give to family in town or for me to take to family as I traveled - now I have presents for so many people and will need to spend more than I paid to send to 6 different family members - RIDICULOUS!

I ordered on Cyber Monday and paid the extra money for the items to be made in America- it says typically ships in 2-4 days - well it took 28 days to arrive in Utah where the company is based ! So all the Christmas ornaments I ordered for friends and family out of state did not receive their gifts! I called and emailed them two weeks in and they said they would be soon. Then every time I emailed I got an automatic response giving me the tracking number which was nothing because it kept saying it was being held by items. I am so disappointed in Qualtry-the communication was awful. Then the ornaments came and didn’t even have a string or ribbon with them. Had left that day to fly out to see family before the box arrived because it took almost 4 weeks for this small order. I also ordered from Gossby online and received that order within a week . Looks like that’s the company to go with next year for gifts !

I placed an order on 11/2/23 and received it on 12/23/23. I followed up numerous times through the customer service chat but kept receiving messages that orders are processed in 4 business days. This was clearly not the case. I requested that the order be overnighted to me but did not receive a response. I finally received a shipping label on 12/15/23 but the order was not shipped until 12/20/23. The gifts I mailed to friends and relatives were late and I incurred extra shipping charges to mail some. I have been a very loyal customer for many years and the quality of the products are great. I am so disappointed with the customer service.

Black marks on back. Rough work. Not glazed. I had to buy glaze and do it myself. Cannot submit photo. Already gave away after fixing ornament by myself

Even though I paid for priority shipping, it still took 3 weeks to get my order! I had talked to Qualtry twice and both times were told my order was almost complete and would be shipped out in a few days and it still took weeks.

Unfortunately, after ordering from Qualtry for 3 years, this last experience was so disappointing you have lost me as a customer, and I can no longer recommend the company to others as I used to do. My orders, #2206014 placed Nov 24 and #2206736 Nov 27, did not arrive until Dec 21st. I had several interactions with customer service that proved to be even more frustrating. I was told my order was processed and going to be shipped, only to be told a few days later that my order was still in production. This went back and forth but I could not get any real help or useful answers. The customer service representative showed no concern and offered no compensation. I tried over 20 times to reach customer service on the phone hoping for more accurate information, I was never able to get through. All I ever got was the recording. When the items did arrive, one of them was completely wrong. It was the wrong name, wrong style and one of the serving cups was broken. They replaced it but I did not receive it until Dec 27th and again the customer service representative showed no concern for the poor service and continued frustration and inconvenience this was causing me.

I think it socks! You guys waited and waited then gave me a tracking number that never was shipped! Then, 3 days before Christmas I get an email saying I got a credit because it was out of stock!

Awful. Most of my order was late despite it being ordered in November for Christmas. Half of it never arrived. I’ve ordered from Qualtry for many years. Never again. You’ve lost a huge customer.

I have contacted qualtry multiple times about an order from the beginning of November. The response is a canned response with no one addressing the issue. To this day, my order is not filled completely

i've ordered many times from qualtry and received great service, but this time not so! i had ordered four custom engraved coasters but received only one. contacted qualtry with the issue and was told they would sent the remaining three -- again, received only one! contacted qualtry again, was told they would send the remaining two -- again, received only one! once more i needed to contact qualtry to receive the final fourth coaster. can't imagine how many others received this type of service and reply. you need to step up your game.
