I placed an order on 11/2/23 and received it on 12/23/23. I followed up numerous times through the customer service chat but kept receiving messages that orders are processed in 4 business days. This was clearly not the case. I requested that the order be overnighted to me but did not receive a response. I finally received a shipping label on 12/15/23 but the order was not shipped until 12/20/23. The gifts I mailed to friends and relatives were late and I incurred extra shipping charges to mail some. I have been a very loyal customer for many years and the quality of the products are great. I am so disappointed with the customer service.
