Someone gave one of your decanters to us for our 25th anniversary and I barely bumped the corner and it broke a piece off. I still can't believe the glass was literally paper thin. I only bought another one so it wouldn't hurt their feelings when they come over and see that we don't have it. I don't dare use it because I'm sure it will break!

Hello Cheryl, we are sorry to hear about your experience. However, Our Personalized Kinsale Whiskey Decanter is with good quality and not paper thin. It won't break with a bare and simple bump because It measures 4 3/8" W x 2 3/8"D x 12”H with stopper.

I bought a Groupon for TWO CUTTING BOARDS. When ordering I opted to "UPGRADE" to larger boards. I was told the Groupon Credit would be applied at end of order. That never happened. I ended up not receiving the credit for the Groupon. Seems this offer was a SCAM!

I had a terrible experience with Qualtry. Although the knife itself is nice, I was charged the full cost of the knife when I had paid for it from groupon bucks.No one responded to my multiple queries for help. Do not buy this product from groupon and the kife and shipping and handling are over-priced.

I have been buying embroidered towels from Qualtry for years. I have been really pleased with the quality of the embroidery and the quality of the towel. However, I purchased one about a year ago. It was during the Covid Crises, and it was certainly inferior to what I had received in the past. The towel was much thinner and could not compane to what I had gotten in the past. I decided it was because of Covid, so I just blamed it on that and went on. I did purchase another towel a couple of weeks ago. Much to my dismay, this towel was like the other unacceptable towel. It was very thin and certainly now what you want to put out as an engraved towel. I will not be buying from Qualtry again.

I’m very disappointed in the product. Instructions were not clear. I think I paid more than my groupon said, I thought I purchased 2 towels & initials are wrong Instructions weren’t clear & now I hv middle initial as large middle letter. Won’t purchase anything further in the future.

They reversed the thread color on both collars. They don’t even match and are useless I checked and I ordered correctly. I need to amend back

Monogram was uncentered from left to right. One of the other panes of glass had a line down the length of the glass. I tried several times to clean it without any success. I tried to contact the company through email as I have had no luck with anyone answering their phone, despite during business hours! So far no response..

If I rate you right now it would be 1 star 🌟. I was charged twice! I paid $47.99 once w/ Groupon. Then when I was redeeming I had to pay once again $52.91. And before yall give me the song n dance, I paid qualtry with my debit card & I paid Groupon with my credit card. Just for this reason. Please help me. Hassanscott1024@gmail.com
