My order was from Groupon. They offered small server boards, you could buy quantities of 1, 2, 3 or 4. I bought 1 quantity of 4. I only received one server and when I approached them about it they said I only bought 1. They said it was Groupons error,Groupon said it was theres, when it came down to it, you were giving me 3 more for at no charge which was great but they wanted me to pay $20 in shipping. I only pay $16 for the whole order and I told him I didn’t want to do that. I haven’t heard back from then since. Needless to say, I was not happy.

It was called a "Mug" but was very small - it was 12 oz. without any ice - I think of a mug as being a large glass not, 12 oz

I would not buy from Qualtry. Their customer support is non-existent. I received a street sign with printing only on one side. Why would someone make a street sign with printing only on one side? I contacted customer support and heard nothing from them.

I ordered 14 of the mason jars personalized and they did not look like the pictures as advertised. The writing and design was much smaller and couldn't read some of the writing including the names. These were gifts and I was not able to use them. I reached out to customer service and they wouldn't help me. I asked for them to be redone or refunded. They refunded me for 2 because I only sent 2 photos -- but they were all done the same!! I have ordered other items from Qualtry and they turned out great, but these were a HUGE disappointment. DO NOT order these. Customer service is horrible if something goes wrong, as it did with my order. I had to trash all 14. I will be contacting the Better Busines Bureau.

Thank personalized cutting board was amazing, however the serving board was disappointing. It was basically a cardboard box that was laminated, with the corners Falling apart when I received it.

I ordered a collar through Groupon, it didn't take the code, so I paid full price of $28.. and when I received tge collar it is very poorly embroidered. No spaces between phone number, they placed a 1 in the front. This is the third and final time I order from this company. I did write and send pictures but never heard back.

several items missing in my order. One item cancelled that could have been replaced with one very similar (golf flask). I contacted you and was asked what was missing in my order. There was no acknowledgement of the tea towels that were missing. Still havent received the items that were missing. Very disappointed

Merchandise was chipped on rim. Wood salad handles were 2 different color wood. And I ordered 3 sets of pillow cases. And received nothing. Even though the said, they were shipped. Called customer service at the beginning of last week. We will see if they send my order correctly this time. Still waiting......

I was HIGHLY disappointed with my spoon and fork set. The spoon was way darker than the fork, I called customer service and explained my dissatisfaction, they CLAIMED all wood grains are different but I had 3 previous orders, same items set and all sets matched perfectly. I will not order again from Qualtry.

Our apologize, we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.

I was sent the wrong size collars for my pets and was informed I could not return them and get the correct size. I think that is robbery, now I have collars my dogs can’t wear a $60.00 waste.

Was very upset that my Groupon didn’t work and I had to pay 80 dollars for 2 sets of wooden spoons and forks. Qualtry wouldn’t cancel my order when I finally got ahold of a person. The email and chats did nothing

Absolutely horrible service, just awful. i ordered a glass for my son's birthday and it came with the word "established 1972" all jumbled up and unreadable. I called and they sent me another glass. Unfortunately, this glass was the same way! Just unbelieveable!!! Dont the people that are doing this etching on glass ware, check their work???? I finally said enough!! I asked for a return which Qualtry did, but the whole process made is so I had nothing for my sons birthday!

I purchased items (5 Bamboo Trivits) through Groupon for S19.00. Had to pay $28.00 for shipping/handling for a package that weighed less than 1 pound. Rip off!! OUTRAGEOUS!!

Our apologies, The shipping cost will depend on the number of items on your cart as well as the shipping address (shipping charges are per item and not per order). Qualtry might have a different shipping structure than the ones you are used to since the custom items are individually designed, prepared for print or engraving, finished and sanitized then packed.
