I never got my order. I was missing many of my Christmas gifts. I am not sure what is being done to fix this issue. Waiting for a return email, call or text message. Please call 912-660-8905 Amy Krohne.

Very dissapointed as I packed Ethans Santa bag. Drawstring bag not sewn properly on one side. Ribbon wouold not close as I packed last night.

Received someone else's order. I paid extra for protection. I notified customer service with pictures and I was suppose to receive a new one and I haven't. It's suppose to read Rhinas Wine Bar

I placed an order on November 11 (11/11/23) with multiple Christmas presents and as of today December 20th (12/20/23). It still has not arrived and they can't tell me when it will arrive despite multiple emails and follow up on my part NOT THEIRS. When you call the phone number on the website, no one answers. I have ordered from them before and didn't have this problem but this is most disappointing as I now (at the last minute) need to find something to replace the 12 gifts I ordered. They have no explanations, no apologies and no resolutions. I asked for a FULL refund if my items do not arrive before Christmas and did not get a reply. Tread carefully if you order with these folks.

I placed a large order 11/5/23 no communication Last week 1/2 order showed up and missing many items - then they cancelled the rest of of my order when I complained that my order was wrong - awful customer service Items are very poor quality . Super disappointed

I did not get my package on time/ and as promised by your customer service rep. I was informed that the product would be delivered in 2- 6 days. I called on the 5th day to learn that it had not been worked, but it would be worked on and shipped on that day so I could receive it by Dec 15th. It is now Dec 18th and I still do not have it. I purchased it for a gift exchange that took place on Dec 16th. Needless to say, everything was botched and I am disappointed.

Im disgusted by the way I was treated by your Customer Servive Represebtative. I paid for and ordered (thru Groupon) mulriple items from Qualtry. I ordered a BUNDLE OF TWO personalized hor pads & a cutting board. I received the board and o ly ONE hot pad. I sent ALL my proof thru emaild, screen shots, etc. Only to be told I didnt order but 1 hot pad. I dont lie and I dont steal, so YES, I take offense to your employee implying that I did not oeder and pay for TWO. I will not usw the other offers tgat Ive paid for, qith yoyr company & I will never recommend to my friends, famiky & co-workers. Shame on yall !!!!

I don’t appreciate Qualtry not being up front that their products will takes weeks to arrive unless you pay an extra $5 to have it customized in the US. Otherwise it would of been customized in China and not arrived in time for Christmas even though I ordered 11/14. If I had know it would cost and extra $5 I would not have purchased it.

I'm a repeat customer of Qualtry. I've always received quality items. This year was very disappointing. I'm scrambling to find Christmas gifts due to the lack of quality of the gifts.

DON'T USE THEM! My order was supposed to be delivered by Nov 27th, it so hasn't shipped per FedEx as I've December 3rd. I've sent 3 emails regarding the status of my order and left 1 message and haven't received a response from them. So disappointing in their service.

Ordered 1 order and everything came fine. The pillow covers were great. I ordered a 2nd time and for some reason it went to the wrong address. I tried calling, leaving messages, emailing and never heard back until many days later and they said it was too late to change the address.

I bought two personalized gift bags. Even though the words "To" and "From" were in the personalization line in gray, you have to add them or just the names show up. Qualtry will not make it right. I've asked for my issue to be escalated to a manager (three times) and no response. Very dissapointing.

Since only part of what I paid for arrived, I am disappointed. You've asked me to send a picture - but obviously did not read my review. How do I take a picture of a bad smell?? How do I take a picture of a gift bag that I paid for that we not sent to me?? My review stands as-is.
