I’m totally disappointed in this tiny little cutting board. The site said a totally different size. If I would have known I would have never ordered this. I could have made it myself with a normal size cutting board.

The Personalized Cutting Bar Board measures 6x8 and is approximately (1/2" thick) as indicated in the product description. Size upgrades are also available as an option in the order page.

I have an 85 lb dog for which I ordered a new leach & Collar. I ordered the same 3 yrs earlier in a size large which was too big. So this time, I ordered both collar & leash in Size Medium. The collar I received was a 10” cat collar with my dogs name & my telephone number. The leash I received had the wrong phone number on it. It was the same order & they put my area code as 781 on the “cat collar & 881 on the leash. Hello, is anyone paying attention??? When I tried to resolve this issue with customer support, they were less than helpful & told me that under no circumstances would they replace the items. I had a also had a problem 3 years ago but I obviously didn’t learn my lesson. Do NOT order from this company because they will not back up their product. What ever happened to “the customer is always right?” Stay clear of Qualtry!!!!!

I never ordered only one Personalized Sketch Pad with name Ellie’s…I ordered two & received one. SKU: QUAL1778 ID: 285 I am very dissatisfied as well as disappointed since I paid for two pads & this is my 1st introduction to Qualtry. Adrienne Morris adriennemorris100@ gmail.com 818 943-0292

Worst experience i have ever had with a company, terrible communication and shipping didn’t even come close to what was stated not only that instead of fixing the fact that they didn’t ship the items in time. When I asked them about it they just cancelled part of the order giving us zero time basically which put us scrambling for another 2 gifts. They did nothing other than tell us that was what they felt was the best option! Ridiculous shouldn’t take 30 plus days on items that say basically up to 14 days, should have much better communication and a better way to fix orders when it is your mess up! I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone!

The quality of the dog collar is very poor. It is weak and cheap. I was very disappointed.

The confirmation email did not match what I ordered - 2 large collars, with custom names and phone numbers. In the email was an extra small. I immediately responded to the email, pointing out the problem, and politely requesting the size on the 2nd collar be corrected. There is no way the collar could have been produced that soon. A couple of days later, I received an email saying it was too late and I would have to pay for and keep the 2nd (extra small) collar. Could you please send me the 2nd collar in size Large? Then I will change my review. The quality of the collars is good, but I can’t fit an extra small collar on my large dog.

Our package took over two months to arrive. We tried calling but the phone wouldn't work. They were never really helpful through emails and would take forever to answer. It almost felt like a scam, but our package arrived. Won’t be buying from this company again.

I ordered this on November 28th as a Christmas present. According to the website, at most it should have taken 2 weeks to get to me. A few days before Christmas and it still hasn’t shipped. I contact customer service and they said they’ll put a rush on it. Christmas Eve and it still hasn’t shipped. I contacted them again and they said they would REQUEST for it to be over nighted but they can’t really do anything. Today is Jan. 19 and I just got a notification that it shipped. It’s been almost 2 months before it even gets to the courier. Customer Service does nothing. Still hasn’t arrived.

I'm not rating the quality of your products because they are really amazing and I love using your site. But I've commented on this in the past and you definitely need a better process for filling your orders and setting the expectation with your customers. This year I even paid for the expedited processing - and honestly I still received my order 6 weeks after I placed it. I know you're busy but your customers are waiting for items for gifts, holidays and your lack of understanding this is going to cause you to lose customers like me.

I ordered an wooden item, a cellphone holder, it was delivered in 2 pieces totally a mixed upside down wooden item to me, I was so disappointed in what I ordered. I called a representative to report the broken item, I sent a photo of item into the email, and I was refunded the cost. It's frustrating to order an item and get something else in the mail..the repeat very kind., just so disappointed in this item, there's nothing that I can do, but throw this item away..

I ordered previously from your company and was really pleased with the products I received. These three items are of poor quality and I am not even able to give them as the gifts they are intended to be. As you can see in the attached photo. The previously purchased item script was very easy to read and the burning/burnishing was complete. One of the cutting boards is only partially done and the others are just very poor quality. I wish I knew how to request a refund or replacement. Right now all I have is 3 unuseable pieces of wood!!

There were 2 major issues with my order that was shipped. It was a Gift for a co-worker as her retirement gift. 1. The Order only shipped one item, when my order had 2 items to be shipped. 2. There was a note entered online which is an option while checking out, the person this was shipped never got the note, due to which she never knew from whom it was as a gift.

I ordered on November 16, 2002 . I. After three weeks I started to inquire as to when I might receive the package. I received an email that stated they were working on it and it was almost finished and I should be hearing from them soon after five weeks I am quired again. I never got a response from this company The week of Christmas which I was counting on these presents. I’ve emailed and I called numerous times. I never heard from the company. I finally heard from them two days after Christmas. I received my order on January 10 after ordering on November 16. This was very disappointing . I’m not sure I will ever use this company again.
