I'm not rating the quality of your products because they are really amazing and I love using your site. But I've commented on this in the past and you definitely need a better process for filling your orders and setting the expectation with your customers. This year I even paid for the expedited processing - and honestly I still received my order 6 weeks after I placed it. I know you're busy but your customers are waiting for items for gifts, holidays and your lack of understanding this is going to cause you to lose customers like me.
