There were 2 major issues with my order that was shipped. It was a Gift for a co-worker as her retirement gift.
1. The Order only shipped one item, when my order had 2 items to be shipped.
2. There was a note entered online which is an option while checking out, the person this was shipped never got the note, due to which she never knew from whom it was as a gift.
