I would not recommend this site to anyone! I had placed my order on 12/12/22 for Christmas stuff with 2-6 days priority shipping. I received my order on 1/1/23!! Christmas was long gone. Even when I tried to call customer service the phone just cuts off! And no replies to my email. Ridiculous!!!

Order was placed on 12/4/22. On 12/19, my order still said unfulfilled, so I call twice during business hours with no answer. So, I emailed. I received an email quickly stating that my order had been made and was awaiting carrier pickup. The representative assured me i would receive my package by Christmas weekend. I finally received my order on December 29. So much for Christmas presents. The text on the mug I ordered was much smaller than it appeared online and text was already scratched in places. I can’t give this as a gift because I would be ashamed to have my name attached to it. The glove and hat set has some of the stitching already coming apart. The sketchbook appears to be good quality, but I’m unable to give it as a Christmas present.

This company shows no concern for customer support at all. I placed an order in mid-November for Christmas gifts. Christmas came and went but I still did not have the order nor would anyone reply to emails sent to support. Finally, after Christmas the items were shipped with no reply to emails except the tracking number.

The order arrived very late. It arrived a few days shy of a month, well beyond the time I needed it. The estimate was a week earlier.

To who am I concern; I just received my packed and it's damaged. I opened it and the wooden board is cracked in two pieces. I'm very upset. I believe if it would of been labeled handle with care or fragile on the out side of the packaging it would not of broken. I need a replacement board please.

So disappointed! I received the complete wrong order! My name was on the outside label of the box, but another complete order was inside the box! I tried to reach out via telephone and email, and it was very hard to get a hold of anyone!

I ordered items for Christmas on 12/10 and was supposed to get them in time for Christmas. I paid $16.77 for shipping even and did not receive my items until 12/28. I feel this is unacceptable! I will not be recommending your company. And I messaged you guys to see when the items were coming and never got a response.

I’m a regular customer or Qualtry and buys most of my gifts to my clients year round and has been happy so far. Until last (Black Friday) purchased were just delivered yesterday after Christmas (4 weeks later) and it’s still incomplete.

Very disappointed in the service. You sent email after email saying last chance for Christmas delivery. I ordered on Dec 14. It arrived at some shipping facility on Dec 21st and sat for 6 days. My gift arrived on Dec 29th. You have no customer service to speak of, I wrote 2 emails to support and got no response. Every other special order gift I ordered from other businesses arrived on time. If I had a question from other businesses I got a response. I will not be ordering from this business again & will let other people know not to order. You have offered no response or any credit because of this failure on your part.

I paid a lot of extra money to have it shipped earlier because it was a Christmas present. They arrived broken and I emailed the company and still have not heard anything back. I’m hoping they make it right

The shipment was delivered very late. Half of the items were missing from the box. Unknown items were in the box instead. Some items were delivered damaged. It was my first try with Qualtry and I am very disappointed with the service as well as the item qualities. I couldn't give Christmas presents on time to many people I love. It's even gotten more delayed due to the missing items and damaged items which they needed to redo. Even though they gave me a 50% refund, I will never order from Qualtry, again.

I received the cutting board which was damaged due to poor packaging. This is the second time I have emailed and have not heard back. I have called several customer service numbers only to be hung up on. Very disappointed ☹️

paid extra for priority shipping on black friday (specifically nov 28th) to have my items before christmas and they did not arrive on time, after being assured my customer service they were upgrading my label such that they would arrive on time.

Haven’t received it yet Bad news as the order was for our Xmas stockings And other gifts for Xmas You really should tell people if gifts from Santa won’t arrive on time! I should have paid attention to the on line reviewers who said delivery on time is a big issue. If I could I would cancel this order.
