Very disappointed in the service. You sent email after email saying last chance for Christmas delivery. I ordered on Dec 14. It arrived at some shipping facility on Dec 21st and sat for 6 days. My gift arrived on Dec 29th. You have no customer service to speak of, I wrote 2 emails to support and got no response. Every other special order gift I ordered from other businesses arrived on time. If I had a question from other businesses I got a response. I will not be ordering from this business again & will let other people know not to order. You have offered no response or any credit because of this failure on your part.
