I did not receive all of my items. I called and spoke with customer service. I was told the missing items would mail out. Received tracking and two of the items were not listed in the second shipment. I've emailed customer service with no response and I cannot get anyone to pick up the phone. The next step is to file a chargeback on my credit card. I AM ANNOYED.

I’ve orders from Qualtry before, same style of cutting boards; this order was extremely disappointed. The engraving is so faint I’m embarrassed to give as planned gifts.

Did not receive 3 throw pillow inserts ordered. Sent Qualtry support an email for assistance 4 days ago with no response. Order was placed in November - throw pillow inserts are not a customized item, should have received them by now. Won’t be able to gift these items for Christmas. Completely disappointed.

All I can say is, I am very disappointed in my experience so far. I purchased items that even with delayed delivery, they would have been delivered before Christmas. It stating that my items were delivered two days ago and there are no sign of them.

I placed 3 orders. Only one has arrived. The other very large order placed 2 weeks ago for o er $400 still has not arrived. This order doesn’t even have a tracking number yet. I have called multiple times and emailed your company over several days and still have not received a response. I need these gifts for Christmas and they have still not arrived and today is 12/23/22. Very frustrating to not even receive a response. The mo et has been withdrawn from my bank account too !!

The personalized photo ornaments I ordered look terrible. They look like a homemade hodgepodge craft. I am extremely disappointed in them! I’m too embarrassed to give them as gifts! I had ordered them for three wedding gifts as well as a memorial to my siblings after my dad‘s passing this year. I have ordered items from Cultry before and have always been very pleased with them. This is this is embarrassing and I should be able to get my money back. I would’ve never spent money on the quality of these ornaments.

I have tried all day yesterday and today to reach this company. I received my order and two of the pieces weren't correct. I'm still awaiting contact from the company!

Our apologies, but the board you received were produced based on the personalization details you sent. It is possible that your device has an autocorrect feature that made the change. When we checked, you have submitted the bottom line personalization as "Eat. 2008".

Cutting boards do not look as pictured. Very disappointed in the quality. I’ve written an email to the support team and haven’t hear back. You can’t see the names engraved on the board. Half the letters are brown half are not. Terrible.

I was supposed to get 4 luggage tags via a Groupon campaign. I only received 1. I contacted customer service and my emails have gone unanswered and ignored. Not happy with one luggage tag for $35 and they were Christmas gifts so that is now ruined

I ordered a total of 9 Personalized cutting boards but it turned out that the color for the engraving was not even and barely you can see the writing. I will not be giving these as gifts, unfortunately. I wrote my review and hopefully, this will help you improve the quality of your work. I took a picture and attached it with my review so you can see what I was referring to. These were all for the 9 cutting boards that I ordered. It did not appear the same as the picture from where I ordered. VERY DISAPPOINTED. It would be great if I can return these items and get a refund.

We are sorry to hear that you did not find the board that you received to your liking. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.

There is a line going through the name. I can not give this as a gift. The small cutting boards were very disappointing.

I requested this for a Christmas Gift and was so excited when it arrived on time and when it arrived, it was bent and looked used and disappointing. The pad itself would have been lovely but due to the damage, I won't give it to my niece.
