I only received 1 gift sack and paid for 2. Sent an email and did not get a reply and called and can’t get through on the phones! Fix this!!!

The pillow covers were great - everyone who has already received them, loves them! However, I have yet to receive a response from Qualtry support regarding an error in printing from my first order... and an incomplete second order :( It's been 4 days and no response. Additionally, there were some quality issues with the pillows where the zipper head came right off the pillow cover :( I'm hoping to update this review to something more positive... but I need a response from Qualtry support to make my orders whole.

The cutting board we ordered was missing from the package. Emailed support and awaiting word back. Xmas gift that now unlikely to get here on time. Terrible.

Ordered these ornaments for my real estate clients. The holes are directly cutting off the writing of the ornament. Looks sloppy and cheap. Highly disappointed.

I ordered 4 cutting boards on November 29th, and received them 3 days later. I love the products I received, and would definitely order again, had this level of service applied to my second order. I placed a second order on the same day, November 29th, for 4 additional items. Today is December 18th, and my items have yet to be shipped. I've reached out to customer service twice to check on the status of my order. They assured me my items had been made, but they are backed up due to the Holidays and have not handed my items off to their courier yet. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my package to be shipped! When I inquired about my order a second time, as I need the items by Dec. 22, I was told not to contact customer service again as this would further delay my products from being processed. If it were not for this second, incredibly frustrating experience, I would give Qualtry a 5 star rating. But this is unacceptable. I place the order a month in advance, and am still waiting!

This review is in regard to order #2184222 I ordered 16 wooden spoons from the Thanksgiving collection-the Green Family design. In some of the pictures the bowl of the spoon is blank and in the written description there is no mention of any thanksgiving motif on that particular design despite some pictures showing ‘gobble’ or ‘thanksgiving’ on the spoon bowl. To be on the safe side I put in the notes I would not like a thanksgiving motif on any of the wooden spoons. However, all 16 spoons arrived with ‘gobble’ on the bowl of the spoon. I ordered 5 beanies personalized with initials on them. All five arrived with the wrong beanie color and the thread color makes it so the personalization does not even show up other than the stabilizing interfacing that was left on. The interfacing is not a big deal but the beanies are not how they were supposed to be. I thought maybe you were out of certain colors but it seems from the website they are still able to be ordered. I ordered a cutting board with engraving and the design is not centered. This was not a gift for someone else so I can live with it. I also ordered a mug with an initial and name etched on it and it was fine. In summary, I ordered 23 items and 22 were not as they should be. I have ordered from Qualtry many times in the past and have always been pleased but not this time. I am hopeful that the wooden spoons and beanies can me redone and shipped to me ASAP so that I am able to give them as gifts before the Christmas holiday. If you could please call me to discuss this matter I would really appreciate it. I have called many times the two Qualtry numbers I have been able to find—one immediately says busy and the other had me wait and then leave message. I left messages but have not heard back from anyone. The recorded message gives office hours but even well within those times I have not gotten an answer or received a call back. Please let me know when to expect the items and how to proceed with returning the items I currently have. I am hoping all will be resolved quickly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I’ve been trying to call customer service for days and have no response. Every time I call it says they’re out of the office no matter what time of day it is. Nobody has gotten back to me. I am missing items from my order. And a couple things I ordered you cannot even see the writing on them. I’ve ordered in the past him and happy but this time I am extremely disappointed. I’m wondering if anybody will ever called me back. Now I am short two Christmas gifts that I’ve paid for and have not received. I don’t think I will order in the future due to the lack of customer service and getting my problem resolved .

I ordered 7 ornaments, several of my boy who’s in the amari es. The glass Ornaments came stacked together, no Protection or bubble wrap. I sent an email and they asked for a picture. I sent It to them and haven’t heard anything back! Who doesn’t put glass In bubble wrap or protection?

I was very disappointed in our order. We had a broken item and called and emailed and have not heard back. We needed it by Christmas and now won’t have it. Very disappointing.

Letters are not visibly displayed (too light in color and not even). I was not impressed. I ordered 9 pieces and I wished I tried it first to see how it looks like. Refund would be great. I will not even give these as gift. I took a picture so you’ll see why I was not satisfied.

We are sorry to hear that you did not find the board that you received to your liking. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.

I purchased 3 items and I only received 1 ( I believe it’s the wrong size too). My 2 customized santa bag never came. And there was only 1 tracking number given for all the others so I can’t even say the rest were still on the way. Also, the shipment took forever. I purchased this on Nov. 29, 2022 and it arrived yesterday Dec. 14, 2022. They it should arrive 2-6 business days only. I am so frustrating. Not recommending this at all.

WHAT I ORDERED CAME DAMAGED I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES LEFT MESSAGES AND HAVE SENT 3 EMAILS AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK ! VERY DISAPPOINTING! There has been no communication at all , this was a gift for Christmas and now I have to give it to my grandson broken , the emails I have sent have pictures of the damage

I received the wrong order. I received someone else’s order with my correct order form. I have called and messaged your department and have not received a reply . Gift I ordered for someone will now not arrive on time for Christmas . Wrong order I received will also not be making it to the intended recipient. Mix ups happen, but very unfortunate I cannot get in touch with anyone to help fix this matter.
