I never received easel I ordered

I bought a groupon for 17.00. I was only supposed to pay for shipping. I was charged almost 70.00 in total and have been inundated with junk emails. Tried to remedy or cancel to no avail. Nice pen set but not worth the trouble.

They only shipped half my order, you call the number it is always busy. No one responds to emails. Absolutely worse customer service. Buyer beware!!!

Received I item I ordered, 1 item I did not Oder, and am missing 3 items I ordered. Have sent email and tried calling 30x today to resolve these issues and only get busy signal. Please respond ASAP. Thank you

The pillow insert is so flat! I have ordered before and the other one is so much fuller. Attached is pic. I want to give as gift and this one is not acceptable. Pls send me a full pillow insert. I pd $7 already. Thank you for your understanding. Kathy Bauer 6032 Treeridge Trail St. Louis, MO 63129

I purchased two baby's first Christmas ornaments for twins. On the first ornament the print size of the name was fine, on the second ornament the print size was so small you could not see it

Last year I ordered several personalized ornaments and received them in time my fashion and they were perfect. I thought I would do it again this year. I ordered 7 personalized holiday ornaments. Only one of the personalization is readable. The other 6 are illegible. I am very disappointed. I have emailed support at Qualtry and have not heard back as of yet. Hopefully Qualtry will give me a refund with no hassle.

This is the second time that Qualtry has not shipped everything I ordered. There have been no notification as to why or any refund. Customer Service has not responded to my inquiries.

I ordered 3 mugs as well as 3 sets of markers to go along with the order. The personalization on the mugs was faded and the markers never arrived. Not impressed!!!

Extremely disappointed. The purchase was supposed to include personalisation and there was nowhere on the order form to do so. So I put a note in the notes area and it came and wasn't personalized at all. I'm Extremely disappointed and will tell my friends and family not to purchase through this company.

Was not happy that when the item was purchased from Groupon it was set at 6.99. Then when linked to your site it was 17.99 in told. That to me is a miss advertising. The products was fine. Just not happy about additional cost not clear. Also went through Groupon was tried it came back that it was not available on sale items. If this is the case don't put it on Groupon. I appears I sent 6.99 on Groupon and 17.99 on your site not happy.

Their website doesn't match what they advertise. I canceled my order and they didn't oblige. They didn't answer their phones to correct my order. On their website, I did not receive help beyond them saying that I needed to put a code in from Groupon. I put in the only code Groupon gave me and they were not able to identify or fix my order.

I’ve ordered from here two other times and each time there were slight differences in the pictured items and what I received. The good news is that though there were differences the quality was exceptable.
