“I am extremely disappointed with the finished productswhich I purchased from Qualtry. My items look NOTHING like the images pictured on your website. I was wondering "how" you could complete my order so quickly, my answer- shoddy workmanship. Intended to use these asHolisy gifts, glad I still have time to shop elsewhere.”

We are sorry to hear that you did not find the board that you received to your liking. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.
