I placed my initial order. Received an email from Qualtry stating my order wasn’t placed, with an apology & a coupon. Fine. I placed a second order. Also received an email stating the same thing…. Order not placed, apology, and coupon. I decide not to reorder. I check my accounts… both amounts for both orders have been deducted. I contact customer support & they say they can’t cancel my orders because they’re custom & they can’t refund me, since one of the orders has already shipped. I receive a package soon afterward and it has 2 of my custom notebooks & THREE OTHERS THAT ARE NOT MINE! Which means 3 separate families won’t get theirs in time for Christmas. Immediately I reach out to customer support & have never received a reply. Then, I send another email, thinking mine got lost…. Still no reply. I will never order from Qualtry again. All I want is my order & a refund for the 2nd order.

Paid twice the value of the item for expedited delivery and got the item two and a half weeks later and a week and a half after the party it was for. I had to add an app to inquire about delivery. Asked to cancel order and got no response.

I ordered 4 pillow covers and 4 pillows. I received all 4 pillow covers but I only received 1 pillow. I’ve emailed three times but have yet to receive a response.

We have emailed customer service regarding disappointment with quality. Not two toned, filled visible crack in wood and black marks. Asked if the cutting board would please be remade. Waiting to hear back. Have previous order this same cutting board for family and friends and they were gorgeous that's why I ordered again for xmas gifts.

Absolute worst customer service in the entire world!! If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I've been shopping here for 5 years--but NO MORE!! The representatives are rude and ignore you. They do not answer calls and apparently, they block your number if you call numerous times. They pick and choose which emails they want to respond to and they make commitments about following up but never do. I placed orders nearly a month ago and still have not received them. They are unprofessional, understaffed and unappreciative of my loyalty. I have referred more than 50 customers and will now tell them to never shop at Qualtry again!! Who wants to be totally ignored when they are spending money???

We are sorry to hear that you were overcharged since your discount was not applied to your order. We have already manually applied your Groupon voucher code to your order and processed a refund for the excess charge. The refunded amount will be posted back to your mode of payment in 3-5 business days. A refund notification will also be sent through your registered e-mail.

The pictures on the coffee mugs were very poor quality. They looked like something you would see at a dollar tree. I was very disappointed in them as I bought them for gifts. This was a surprise, too. I have bought items from Qualtry in the past and the quality has been nice.

What you’d expect for the price. The wood is beautiful. The lettering and design is not great. It is very obvious it was printed on and there’s a giant line dividing my words. One half much darker than the other half. It’s not great…

I bought a Groupon- it stated I would receive 2 of the same product and I only received one! I ordered 2- but again only received one!! I called and was told I could get another one but I would have to pay for shipping again! I won’t ever use them again and I will tell all my friends not to use them. Not very customer oriented.

Our apologies Crystal, If you are using a redemption code, please make sure the quantity in your cart matches the quantity that your code is good for. For example, If you have a voucher code good for two sketch pads, then you must adjust the quantity to have two sketch pads in your shopping cart before you proceed to check out.

I didn’t even receive the correct items. I was suppose to get brown stockings and I got white. I have reached out to either get a refund or my correct items sent to me with no reply. No one answers the phone number and no reply to email.

They never answered the phone when I tried to call during normal business hours. They never returned a call when I left numerous voicemails. The canceled on of my orders and didn't send me an email to let me know that my order was canceled. This is THE WORST experience I have EVER had when ordering something from an online vendor.
