Last year I ordered several personalized ornaments and received them in time my fashion and they were perfect.
I thought I would do it again this year. I ordered 7 personalized holiday ornaments.
Only one of the personalization is readable. The other 6 are illegible. I am very disappointed.
I have emailed support at Qualtry and have not heard back as of yet.
Hopefully Qualtry will give me a refund with no hassle.
