I received the wrong order. I received someone else’s order with my correct order form. I have called and messaged your department and have not received a reply .
Gift I ordered for someone will now not arrive on time for Christmas . Wrong order I received will also not be making it to the intended recipient.
Mix ups happen, but very unfortunate I cannot get in touch with anyone to help fix this matter.
