The shipment was delivered very late. Half of the items were missing from the box.
Unknown items were in the box instead.
Some items were delivered damaged.
It was my first try with Qualtry and I am very disappointed with the service as well as the item qualities.
I couldn't give Christmas presents on time to many people I love. It's even gotten more delayed due to the missing items and damaged items which they needed to redo.
Even though they gave me a 50% refund, I will never order from Qualtry, again.
