I ordered an wooden item, a cellphone holder, it was delivered in 2 pieces totally a mixed upside down wooden item to me, I was so disappointed in what I ordered.
I called a representative to report the broken item, I sent a photo of item into the email, and I was refunded the cost.
It's frustrating to order an item and get something else in the mail..the repeat very kind., just so disappointed in this item, there's nothing that I can do, but throw this item away..
