I placed an order on December 5 (all Christmas gifts) and was not informed until 12/18 that part of the order could not be fulfilled. This was after I had contacted Qualtry asking for an order update on 12/15. The remainder of the order made it here just before Christmas. More disappointing than this complete lack of order management and communication was the complete absence of customer service on the back end. I received nothing but a form letter informing me the item wasn't coming due to lack of inventory and that my card was being refunded. Trash. This was the last time I'll be ordering anything from Qualtry.
