Unfortunately, after ordering from Qualtry for 3 years, this last experience was so disappointing you have lost me as a customer, and I can no longer recommend the company to others as I used to do. My orders, #2206014 placed Nov 24 and #2206736 Nov 27, did not arrive until Dec 21st. I had several interactions with customer service that proved to be even more frustrating. I was told my order was processed and going to be shipped, only to be told a few days later that my order was still in production. This went back and forth but I could not get any real help or useful answers. The customer service representative showed no concern and offered no compensation. I tried over 20 times to reach customer service on the phone hoping for more accurate information, I was never able to get through. All I ever got was the recording. When the items did arrive, one of them was completely wrong. It was the wrong name, wrong style and one of the serving cups was broken. They replaced it but I did not receive it until Dec 27th and again the customer service representative showed no concern for the poor service and continued frustration and inconvenience this was causing me.
