I liked the concept, to me the execution was poor. I expected a much "heftier " board. Quality assurance was lacking in that the middle word is hard to read because dark grain goes right through it. I would have thought QA would have rejected it.

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize that your experience with the product you received was not up to your standards. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker. Rest assured that we’ll do better in the future.

Not amused if item being wrong and telling me they will replace and no more that 10 minutes it was my lose and the individual was rude

The dog collars phone #is incorrect so very disappointed. It should be 850-380-7261 but ends as 8261

The pink is a cute color but with hot pink lettering, you can't see her name & number very well.

Upon checking, you have only placed an order for one small Personalized Handled Bamboo Serving Board. It measures 5" x 11" as indicated in the product description. I thought that maybe this would look a little darker in the imprinted area. I’m not sure if somethings wrong, or if it just looks blonder on part of the imprinted instead of the darker brown on the S as in the other parts of it.

First of all I do have to say that the customer service that I received went above and beyond. The issue I had was that I had purchased this same cutting board same size same everything even down to the font. The one that I got 5 years ago was made with bamboo twice as thick and the etching was done beautifully and dark. I purchased another one for a gift for my uncle that was getting married and it came and the quality had declined horribly over the years. The board was super thin and the etching was super light and not appealing at all. When I contacted customer service regarding it they said that all wood is different but it didn't explain why it was so cheap and why the laser engraving with not etched dark but pretty much the same color as the wood. They did offer a full refund just would not suggest getting this board as a nice gift maybe more of a gag gift

Love product but.... ordered gifts in November for Christmas.Didn't get them until January.Was told in December that I was going to get them in time for Christmas.Then when I did finally receive it in January I didn't get all of order because they said they ran out of product.Very disappointed.

In the past I have been very impressed with the quality of products I have ordered and their shipping times, but not so much this time. My order took 3+ weeks to arrive after ordering. (One item was for Christmas and my order didn’t arrive until 01/06/2023.) I also ordered a metal book mark and the edges could easily cut your fingers and lastly I bought a dog collar with embroidered name and phone number. The embroidery was off just a bit. (I previously ordered a collar for my other dog and it was very precise.)

I ordered December 13th. I received my items January 4th. The decanter set is nice. I really like it except for the fact the decanter itself has no top. The monograming on the robe is very nice. It would look nicer if the robe itself were as thick and lush as the description led me to believe it would be. The gloves and cap seem to be very nice.

The luggage tags are nice and of good quality. The problem was that I ordered them on 11/28/22 and they did not arrive until 1/4/23. Not only did they miss Christmas by a mile, but there was NO COMMUNICATION from Qaultry that it would be late. I understand things happen and there are delays, but I should have been notified in advance that they would not make it in time for Christmas (as at the time of order, shipping indicated they would arrive in plenty of time). They should have at least offered a discount of something.

It came wayyy to late. It came Dec 30/2022.. and missing the 6 pcs wood oil I supposed to give with the board i ordered. I emailed them re: the missing wood oil and no response yet.. so i emailed again. Kinda disappointed.

Our sincerest apologies that you received an incomplete order. We've run out of wood oil and We went ahead and processed a refund for it. The refunded amount will be posted back to your mode of payment in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. A refund notification was also sent to your registered e-mail.

While the products are excellent the customer service and the shipping are horrific. I received my items approximately a month after ordering them and paid extra for priority shipping. No apologies or at the very least a refund of the priority shipping cost. I guess they feel like the items speak for themselves BUT customer service will cause at least a loss of one customer.

Purchased wooden salad hands - the engraving is BURNT!!. Have tried multiple times to contact the company for the return process, but never get an email or call back. Will have to forward picture from an email.

My first order I ordered 2 pocket knives for my son's. I received the same name on both. One was to say Justyn the other Jayce. I spoke to your chat bot which instructed me to submit a photo which I didn't hear anything back from. It was getting close to Christmas so I just ordered another one for Jayce. I also order 2 more knives and a cutting board. Very disappointed with them . On the knives the name was done so small and in white . The names barely visible. On the cutting board the personalization was spotty. The color on the letters were not even. Not to mention could have sworn I paid extra money just to have them delivered on time for Christmas! Which they were not. Extremely disappointed.
