I bought 10 Groupons for 20 stockings. When I went to redeem, I could not. Qualtry gad to recreate a link for my reedemable Groupon and this had to be done for each individual Groupon- a new link created! I could not seamlessly order and not to mention I could not put on one order and therefore would need to pay separate shipping on each order. I emailed, chatted, tried to be patient.. but I work- who has time for this. Needless to say, only 1 order for 2 stockings was successfully placed and it took two weeks to get that. So disappointed and stuck with 9 unused Groupons. Scam.

The lanterns arrived WEEKS after ordering them. Did not expect to have to assemble them upon arrival. One of the latches on the lanterns that I ordered is not aligned appropriately and the door does not latch completely. I unfortunately do not recommend purchasing this product.

Nice products, but they take WAAAAY TOOOOO LONG to ship your order, and there is no way to speak with anyone. They have a phone number and email, but they offer these "means of communication" knowing darn well that the phone number they offer always and only gives a busy signal AND they literally do not respond to your emails. So, for that, I cannot give a higher score. They do have nice, quality stuff though. You just have to be okay with the worst service in the world.

The products are nice, BUT I received the wrong pillowcase with the wrong pattern and the wrong name printed on it!!! Also. I ordered 2 inserts and never received them!! Unacceptable. I sent an email explaining it. No reply yet. Please make it right.

The luggage tags did not have the large monogram letter on them when they were delivered. These were supposed to be gifts for Christmas for two people.

I ordered on October 28th, on 12-20 I received 4 pieces of my order, I have already missed mailing deadlines to send bags out with gifts. I have ordered for many years and probably won't be back next time I am looking for unique items.

The writing on all six of my boards is striped and faint so you can’t read them. The boards and engraving is nice. When i called customer service, the hold music played for a long time then dropped to say call later. It was after 11am EST. When you call the order line, same issue…long hold music then it just disconnects. Maybe its the timing but I now have to buy other presents at the last minute because these are not giftable.

The cutting board I received is very nicely done. I did not received the stand I ordered and the ornament was broken when I received it. It wasn’t packaged well for such a delicate item. I reached out to customer service 2 days ago and have not had a reply.

Overall I like Qualtry, but my 2 stars is based on this purchase because I ordered 2 pillow inserts but only received 1 without enough time to receive the other before Christmas. Mistakes happen. I’ll order again.

I ordered a few personalized wooden spoons and forks, salad forks and a personalized red power bank. I also paid an extra $10 for Priority Processing so that it would be shipped in 2 days. The result, it took 2 weeks to receive my order ( so priority processing didn't happen), I received a PINK power bank without a cord, but then the spoons and forks were fine. So I've asked for a refund for the priority processing fee and for the wrong color power bank that came without the cord. It's been over 24 hours since I sent that email and I haven't heard back from anyone yet. This is my first time ordering from Qualtry and I wished it went better.

Very disappointed. The package took weeks to arrive and came smashed up with broken parts and missing $40 of items contacted quality over 24 hours ago without a response.

I’ve purchase from you before and was completely satisfied. This time I ordered 10 items but only 9 were in my package. One of those 9 was not up to the standards that I expecting. I send an email 6 days ago to report my missing item and the item I was not happy about but there has been no response. I tried calling the number given but just says the number is busy. I understand it’s a busy time of year, but 6 days and no response to an email? I had thought I had found the perfect gift for my supervisor but that’s what didn’t arrive! I had hoped that you would respond in a timely manner and correct the issue and I could have left good review.

First off, I ordered these on Sun. Nov. 27 and paid extra for the priority processing. 11 days later the status was still unfulfilled. I had to inquire and the reply I got was simply, "we are experiencing delays dues to the sudden influx of orders our production team is behind schedule." No one notified me. It wasn't until I inquired that I was offered a refund on the priority processing but there still was no ETA if I would even get my items before Christmas. It was super frustrating. Secondly, the price is great, but the quality is a bit shoddy. Bought personalized cutting boards and right in the middle of the name on BOTH boards, is a large crack across the entire name as well as on the back of one board. It looks bad. The rest of the wood looks great How do you gift something like this? Can the receivers even really use it with this crack that might seep in liquids from foods that could make it worse? I'm debating even gifting these. See photos attached. In conclusion, I rate Qualtry low for their lack of communication with customers when products are delayed and for not offering the customer any compensation for the trouble up front. In addition, it gets a 2-star rating because of its low, quality assurance, but I have to give them something for I've ordered years before and the products were decent.

Our first order to Qualtry was last Christmas 2021 and I received 7 stockings but two had the same name on them and mine was left out. When I reported it I was told they were out of that stocking and could not make one for me. I didn't receive a refund or credit of any kind to compensate for the mistake on their part. This year I ordered just my stocking to hopefully complete the set. I am extremely disappointed in the results this time. it's sloppy and doesn't look as neat and cleanly done as the first ones. I will not shop with Qualtry again and won't be recommending you again. There are too many custom shops to choose from that produce great work or at the least responsibility for their mistakes. The ink is running all over the name and design and there are some spots of patchy missing ink in the print. It looks horrible and again, there is no time to have this remedied before Christmas even if they do have it in stock this time. I'm sorry now that I opted to give you a second chance even though I had to pay for it AGAIN.

Right after I sent in my order, I realized it was going to be 2023. I tried and tried to get a hold of you to put 2023 on my order instead of 2022. But my customized cutting board came with 2022. It’s not going to work, it is for a wedding present! Can you help me out here?

I received a decanter. The stopper was not in the shipment. I still haven’t received an answer to the emaili sent quartet about the missing piece. Also the decanter I got didn’t look like the photo of the item I ordered. The item appeared with crisp sharp lines. The decanter i received was round - not as classy looking. Update:I was sent the missing stopper, however I received the stopper to the decanter I ordered which was not the decanter I received as my order.

It was not packaged in anything so there are scratches on it and a scuff mark on the silver that won’t come off. Like a chunk of metal came out of it.
