First time customer I placed my first order on 11/29/22..Today is Dec 15, 2022 and it has been filled. I placed 3 additional orders and received one. The one I received has two items that are not mine. I called customer support the first time to check on the status I was told they are short staffed and doing the best they can..I have called two more times and emailed regarding my incorrect items and I have not heard back.

I'm disappointed. My order arrived and part of it was wrong. My groupon did not apply, however, It was redeemed and now I'm not sure how to get it back since it wasn't used. It took a while for someone to email me and get the correct info for the item, now I haven't heard anything or gotten a replacement and my money is spent. I love the selection of items, customer service isn't so on point so far, so I'm not sure I will order again.

Ordered many collars on the past and have been very pleased. The one wasn’t as wide as the previous ones. I’m assuming the design has changed. Disappointed.

I ordered a cutting board with my initial and some other information and it is totally off center on the board some of the writing is barely readable. The board I received was not the board I ordered. I ordered suitcase tags and they came with no way to attach them to the suitcase. Very disappointed with this order.

I was not happy with my customer service that I was given with an issue I had. Also, once I finally received my personalized order, one of the items was all messed up. I had not been protein any way, and was all folded up, causing the canvas to be wrinkled. Now I have a ruined wedding item 🤦‍♀️😭

I ordered two pillows and two cases, but only one pillow arrived. I’ve ordered previously with Qualtry and have been very happy with my purchase. I’d like to be happy with this last purchase as well, as they are Christmas gifts for my family. Someone help, please!

I emailed you all on Friday and I have not heard back. Two of my pillow cases were glued to package. I tried to get it off of one of them but couldn’t get it all off. I wanted to see if they could replaced because they are a gift

The writing/ engraving is way too light. I can barely see it at all. Very disappointed!!!

We are sorry to hear that you did not find the board that you received to your liking. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.

Gifts were delivered slower than normal. I understand that it is the holidays but there is no way to reach out and talk to someone and the package tracking is a pain and not very effective

I ordered 12 engraved cutting boards for our church. Of the twelve ordered, seven were properly engraved and the other five were very poorly done (barely ledgible). We tried to phone but had no luck getting the issue resolved. Customer service is as important as being able to place and receive an order. I have included a comparison picture of three of the good boards with three of the not so good boards.

The order I paid priority for was wrong. I had ordered 3 rose-colored monogrammed wallets. They arrived the day before I needed them to gift out. I received 3 black wallets. No time to return and have new ones done. I hope to get a refund and did email the company. No response.

I ordered 10 chopping boards customized. All of them were not evenly shaded where the engraving was done. Some of them had letters or numbers that were not shaded at all. Called to get replacements and I’m still waiting.

Cut in the wood on the back side and poor/obscured engraving on the front. I’ve sent an email with photos to show but haven’t received a reply. Hopefully that will come soon. I’m hoping to give it as a gift this month.
