We are sorry to hear about the confusion, the personalization was base on the details you submitted when your order was placed. We have produced the product in the format that appeared in the preview. The word "The" is already part of the wreath design template you have chosen, and you have submitted your personalization as "The Curry's". So as it appeared on the preview, it was "The The Curry's". This was also confirmed by you when you ticked the disclaimer box and proceeded in completing your order. Hoping for your understanding regarding the matter.

I placed an order for a tote bag and received a gym bag. The rest of the order was perfect. I am hoping I can get this resolved before Christmas.

I ordered the embroidered golf towels. The plastic from the embroidery was still on them and I had to peel them off. One white towel had green spots on it. Not sure what that is but not worth the trouble fighting with them.

I’m not one for bad reviews. Not trying to be mean, but the engraving I received was not “level” the letter “D” the main letter was off centered “tilted” compared to the rest of the engraving. So I was disappointed. 6”x8” Bambo cutting board. Looks nice other than that.

I like your products but this batch was way off the mark on quality and presentation. I bought these as gifts for my employees and half of them are messed up. One is so wrong it is showing double. I am disappointed that it was even shipped out. I put a call to customer service and waiting to hear back.

Didn’t receive 2 items ordered and an ornament I purchased was off centered and the hole to thread the string through covered the baby’s “first” Christmas on it. Disappointed with the quality and lack of attention to detail.

I received my small items, however I’ve called multiple times, have emailed & no response. I have one large shipment that has not been delivered & is being delivered to the wrong address. I would like to correct this. Please respond. I ordered these early November & Christmas is this week.

I ordered 3 custom pillow covers. @ were good but the 3rd one didn't capitalize the names. I went back & saw that I didn't make the mistake. I also ordered the pillow inserts that were offered. They are the wrong size & very flat. Not worth buying them.

Honestly I was unhappy with my purchase. I thought the fabric was really rough for a pillow very scratchy rough. The Christmas pictures were very dull, flat. I’m not happy enough with them to give them to my friends as a gift. The inserts are very flat. It would’ve been nice to know that the pillows would probably take 2 to 3 inserts to make a really nice full pillow. They are from IKEA and when you’re at IKEA they tell you that on their signage. I’ve ordered from your company in the past and I was very pleased with that purchase. So this surprised me. The construction is well done. The fact that it has a zipper is really good because then you can washed the item. And the zipper was put in very well. Also the shipping was very fast I was pleased with that.

I’ve ordered from your company before. The cutting boards are so beautiful and an amazing quality. This time I’ve had a few issues. First my Groupon link did not work and it charged me full price after finally getting a call I got that resolved and they credited back the money minus shipping. I had no issues. I Got my order a few days ago and only got one not both cutting boards. Once again I call customer service only to be put on hold ( not a big deal now a days that’s normal). But once again after a few minutes a recording f comes on to say their business hrs and leave a message. Ugh really again leave a message. Why can’t I speak to a human being to get this fixed. It’s only 3pm eastern time. So now I wait again for a call back. Not sure if I want to buy from this company again after all this hassle. How about having people in customer service actually answer the calls if they have a problem. Asking for a message so you can call back at a more convenient time. Right now it’s convenient for me. Not later

The set that I ordered was not available so I had to contact customer service and have them send me codes for a new order. On the new order, I had to order each item individually. I ended up ordering 2 forks in error, instead of a spoon and a fork. I called customer service and they gave me the credit to order the spoon, but I had to pay $6 for shipping. I placed multiple orders with your company and was saddened by the fact that the rep couldn't waive the shipping fee after had ordered so many items from you.
