Item I purchased was not as described once I went to customize it. I ordered a pillowcase. Qualtry advertised the following: 1. only additional cost for item would be that of shipping and 2. I could pick the font of the personalization from several choices. Neither was true. Not only did I have to pay the cost to ship the item (which is ridiculously expensive for a pillowcase!) but I also had to pay a printing fee (otherwise the customization would have been done in China and the item would not have arrived until Feb - not ok for a Christmas gift). Only one font was available for the customization, which was not a font I liked and never would have purchased the pillowcase had I known. Never will buy from Qualtry again.

I received two bottle bags along with the pillow cover and pillow filler. The pillow was fine however the imprinting on the bottle bags is terrible. The red ink bled and I would never use these as a gift. I would like to return these or throw them away.

I have a lot of family members with names that can't be found on the shelves Qualtry has made it easy to supply personalized items at a reasonable price. Purchased wooden luggage tags and traveled with it once and when my luggage came across on the turnstile it was gone. The leather strap that held it to my luggage was still attached but my tag was gone. Very flimsy, I suggest the metal luggage tags.

Sadly my order had the wrong name on one of the 2 collars. I have attempted to call on multiple occasions with the call being dropped after 3 rings. I have emailed several times with no response. Not sure if I should simply return the incorrect item or???? Takes the fun out of the experience and a waste of $20. Sorry won’t recommend your company

I have ordered “wood items” in the past and they were first rate. This past order I ordered mugs and photo ornaments and the quality was very poor.

I purchased my items through Groupon. 2 Caribeners, including engraving. After my purchase, I placed my order, and was charged an additional $6 for shipping, which is exorbitant. When I received my order, I only received 1 Caribener, and when I complained, I was told that I placed my order incorrectly, and that I should re-order the 2nd item. When I attempted to do this, I found that I would have to pay ANOTHER $6 for shipping. Nope, I'm done. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase

The product was sold out despite a Groupon being offered which required extra hurdles and I could’n’t get the design I wanted even though it was the same price. The wood was blotchy where the engraving was.

We are sorry to hear that you did not find the board that you received to your liking. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.

I've purchased the embroidered collars several times as I think they are a great idea and investment for my fur babies. Though I have had several issues in the past I part user error and not understanding how to order multiple products, this time was my absolute worst experience! I called your customer service line multiple time and was hung up on multiple times, the line was not answered, I was unable to speak with anyone above the customer support representative. It was absolutely ridiculous! For this reason though I think you have a good product the time, energy, and frustration I don't think I will order from you again.

If your voucher code was not applied automatically, You may manually enter and apply your Groupon voucher code in the section where it says "Gift card or discount code" after you check out from your shopping cart.

I’ve ordered pillows and the letters are not centered on any of them. They letters tend to be more on the right side when you look at the message. It is very noticeable. One of the pillows came with a snag on the front. I pulled some extra thread out to make it look flat. That was very disappointing. The journals I ordered also were not centered. And a few had what seemed like a small bubble under the leather. Some journals looked like they had been thrown around almost scuffed. I’m not happy with the last few purchases I’ve made.

The collars are fine, but the Groupon code didn't go through when I placed my order. I have submitted 2 customer service emails and no one responded. I was charged $73 for 3 collars and the Groupon was $31.73. It also charged me shipping even though shipping was included. I would like someone to refund the $73 and apply what I already paid for 3 collars including shipping.

When I received my order there was only labels for what I ordered but the luggage tags were not received. I contacted the company and they no longer had they has but I did receive a full refund.

I bought Groupon for extra large board. Loved it and have bought it multiple times. This time qualtry did not have restock for 3 months so I went with large with juice catcher indents. Not the same quality, more expensive, and I was not happy with the quality at all. The extra large boards are where it’s at. I will not be buying for a while until they come back for sure.
