Sadly my order had the wrong name on one of the 2 collars. I have attempted to call on multiple occasions with the call being dropped after 3 rings. I have emailed several times with no response. Not sure if I should simply return the incorrect item or????
Takes the fun out of the experience and a waste of $20. Sorry won’t recommend your company
