I’ve always been pleased with my purchases & your shipping. This time I’m disappointed with delivery. I placed my order on November 15 & just received most items on December 27 & 30. I’m still waiting on one item.

Ordered Christmas Gifts mid-December with a delivery date of 12/23/22; I was notified on 12/21/22, gifts would not be delivered until 12/28/22.

I do not usually write reviews, but must admit I'm disappointed. For starters, late in the game, you did write and say my order would arrive Dec. 29. I thought well surely not (I ordered like NOV 20 something. I assumed it would come before Xmas. It did not. The gifts obviously were Xmas presents. My relatives were here from Virginia, maryland & Pittsburgh. I was not able to give them the gifts on Dec. 29 (they arrived on the 28th - AFTER the HOLIDAY). I'm disappointed. I do not even know what to do with the Xmas pillows. They have no good to us now, as in 1 year we could have more or less names that would be correct on the pillows. I would like to return them. Also, I ordered 2 infant hats (Kids); 1 was in grey and the other in Blue. Stitching was done correctly, but the grey hat was LARGE for the child, the BLUE HAT was small that it won't fit on the 19 month old toddler. There is a big difference in the hat. I can not use the BLUE one. Another was the glass photo ornament. I ordered it for my sister in VA who would be visiting. She left day after Xmas, no present. I need to return some of these items. Let me know. I certainly hope I do not have to pay to ship them back.

I paid an extra $10 dollars for “priority processing” and was told it would be delivered no later than 12/22/22. Unfortunately, I got the merchandise on 12/27/22 so my niece didn’t get her gift on Christmas.

Surprised how long it took to ship despite the outrageous shipping fee. No status update until I reached out 3 weeks after I ordered. Customer Service said they would upgrade to free shipping and have not received refund yet.

We have been loyal customers to Qualtry for years now, and this was our first negative experience with a Qualtry purchase. I submitted an order at Thanksgiving, consisting primarily of personalized holiday, serving boards for teachers at a local elementary school and bags from Santa for my kids. The entire order was delivered after Christmas, so I did not have any gifts for teachers. Since they are personalized for holiday and designated with this year, it will be embarrassing to give them after the holiday has passed. Of course, the Santa bags could not be used, and the top one is stained with what looks like either food or bodily waste. Maybe I could wash it, but that was pretty disgusting.

The lettering is not in the middle. It looks terrible. It was a Xmas gift but couldn’t give it looking like that. Never have had a problem with any orders from yall. I am sure y’all will make it right.

Right now, I'm in the process of satisfying my shipment that did not match my order. I love Qualtry products and order a good bit from Qualtry but I'm not able to give a fair review until my order is fulfilled correctly. Thank you for understanding.

I like the luggage tags - good quality. But, the cost of shipping was almost as much as the tags. I was supposed to get free shipping through Groupon, but that didn't happen, very disappointing.

Our apologies, The voucher code Groupon issued can not be used in conjunction with other codes or promotions such as items on sale and free shipping. Qualtry might have a different shipping structure than the ones you are used to since the custom items are individually designed, prepared for print or engraving, finished and sanitized then packed.

I can NEVER reach a live person to speak to. I made a recent order and one item had a defect to it. I tried calling the phone number before submitting my review and couldn't get a live person. NOT sure how they want to take care of a repeat customer as my irder was a special customized item

On the web site it said the item would be delivered before Christmas. That was the reason why I ordered it. I received it on the 27th. I was left gift-less for an out of town gathering on Christmas Day

First of all, this order was placed on 12/09/22. Apparently you underestimated the ability of your staff to produce and ship items that are ordered expedited. When my order finally arrived on December 27, the cribbage board was missing, and I was told that I would be credited because it is out of stock yet the packing slip stated that it was in the box. I will never order from you again, and I have ordered quite a bit from you this past year.

Once I received my order the products appear to be descent quality, however, Customer service was absolutely horrible! It takes days to get a response when there is a problem and my Personalized Santa bag for our grandchild's Santa gift did not come until the day before Christmas Eve and was personalized incorrectly. It should have read NATHAN but instead it read SIOBHAN!!! Would have ruined our Santa gift plan if we weren't so clever. We told him that was his Eskimo Elfn name! I asked for a refund however I still have no response from Qualtry!!!

Communication has been horrible. Still have not received all my orders and no response to my emails regarding my orders. I received some items late on Christmas Eve and still have no clue if i will receive the order I placed in November . I do love the items I received but good luck receiving .

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with Qualtry online order. I have placed the order on December 7, 2022. Just received it on December 24th at 5:45pm. After opening it up, all of my order is not in the package???? I still need the rest and f my order that I already paid you for…None of the 8 Leather Cases that I paid for were in the package.

This experience has not been good. Received my order, well only part of my order late on Christmas Eve. I submitted an inquiry to the support email asking about if/when the rest of my order with family Christmas gifts will be received. This experience has not been near as smooth or good as when I have ordered in years past. I really hope I’m able to get the remaining pieces of my order to give the gifts. I am missing the personalized tote bag, the cookie jar, and the 2 pillow inserts from my original order.

I ordered a gift in plenty of time and added $8+ for priority shipping. The priority shipping stated the item would be shilled in 3-5 days. I understand that personalized gifts would take additional time and planned for that as well. I waited for 14 days for notification that my item was on its way. Instead I find that after 15 days it was not shipped and the tracking info was impossible for me to access. After I downloaded the app, I entered my phone # numerous times over several days without success. When I finally received word confirming my order and that it would be shipped by USPS or UPS I was able to track the package. I received the item too late for our holiday gathering. The item was great so no complaints there. I was VERY annoyed when Qualtry continued to advertise that items ordered would be there in time for Christmas as I knew that would likely never happen. That fact further shook the company's credibility.
