This experience has not been good. Received my order, well only part of my order late on Christmas Eve. I submitted an inquiry to the support email asking about if/when the rest of my order with family Christmas gifts will be received. This experience has not been near as smooth or good as when I have ordered in years past. I really hope I’m able to get the remaining pieces of my order to give the gifts. I am missing the personalized tote bag, the cookie jar, and the 2 pillow inserts from my original order.
