I placed an order through Groupon and it said it was going to be two hand towels I only received one. And the one I did receive has either a marker or something on the white towel that is red.

If it's not broken don't fix it! The choice of Christmas stocking you all have displayed is not up to par! Not near as nice! I've tried to match them to quality of that I ordered a couple yrs. ago. If they're as taky as the others I ordered this year. It will be the deciding factor as to weather I'll continue ordering from Qualtry. Thank you

The package that came was damaged, causing the speaker inside to be damaged. The sound on the speaker I purchased for myself gas a crackle. Some of the boxes for those I bought has gifts we torn or damaged. They are pretty speakers though. I have pictures of these imperfections and will be reaching out to customer service.

Packaging was ripped open and so upon arrival, the personalized cutting board was damaged. I am very disappointed.

I love the quality of Qualtry and have ordered a batch of gifts before with raving success and for what I feel is great value (small personalized cutting board). This past purchase(s) were made through Groupon. So when another personalization offer on Groupon (battery+tag) came about I quickly jumped - but was disheartened to find a) that only 2 colour choices were available (not presented on Groupon site); b) the shipping per item was almost 3x what I paid for each item. This was all AFTER I already transacted on Groupon. This will make me hesitant to do this again.

Hello Sheryl, our apologies if we only have limited options available for the colors. The shipping cost will depend on the number of items on your cart as well as the shipping address (shipping charges are per item and not per order). Qualtry might have a different shipping structure than the ones you are used to since the custom items are individually designed, prepared for print or engraving, finished and sanitized then packed.

I paid for the set wooden spoon , fork cutting board and hot pad engraved with my name I did not get what I paid for and instead of the wooden spoon and fork I received only 3 forks

When using a voucher code, please make sure that the items and Quanity on your cart matches what your voucher is good for. received a large collar for my 90 pound lab based off size recommendations. was too big, so I ordered another one, size medium which barely fits and is not substantial enough for the strength and weight of my dog. stitching and embroidery were nice

Hello Karen, Thank you for your feedback and we apologize that your experience with the product you received was not up to your standards. Our Large size collars are 18-26"L x 1"W and our Medium size collars are 14-20"L x 3/4"W as indicated in the product page.

While the product I received is good quality, my order was for two luggage tags and cases but I only received one.

The picture looked nothing like the real product. The font on the letters was barely readable and the entire glass was much smaller than it appeared in the ad.

I have ordered from Qualtry in the past and have been very satisfied, but this order did not deliver the same quality. I ordered personalized hammers and spatulas. The heads on the hammers and the blades on the spatulas are all loose. I cannot give these as gifts. I am very disappointed. I know I cannot return personalized items so I am asking if there is any remedy for me. I hope to hear back and to know that you do read the feedback. My order # was 2177014.
