Got my order a few days ago and only got one not both cutting boards. Once again I call customer service only to be put on hold ( not a big deal now a days that’s normal). But once again after a few minutes a recording f comes on to say their business hrs and leave a message. Ugh really again leave a message. Why can’t I speak to a human being to get this fixed. It’s only 3pm eastern time. So now I wait again for a call back. Not sure if I want to buy from this company again after all this hassle. How about having people in customer service actually answer the calls if they have a problem. Asking for a message so you can call back at a more convenient time. Right now it’s convenient for me.
