I ordered a few personalized wooden spoons and forks, salad forks and a personalized red power bank. I also paid an extra $10 for Priority Processing so that it would be shipped in 2 days. The result, it took 2 weeks to receive my order ( so priority processing didn't happen), I received a PINK power bank without a cord, but then the spoons and forks were fine. So I've asked for a refund for the priority processing fee and for the wrong color power bank that came without the cord. It's been over 24 hours since I sent that email and I haven't heard back from anyone yet. This is my first time ordering from Qualtry and I wished it went better.
