First off, I ordered these on Sun. Nov. 27 and paid extra for the priority processing. 11 days later the status was still unfulfilled. I had to inquire and the reply I got was simply, "we are experiencing delays dues to the sudden influx of orders our production team is behind schedule." No one notified me. It wasn't until I inquired that I was offered a refund on the priority processing but there still was no ETA if I would even get my items before Christmas. It was super frustrating. Secondly, the price is great, but the quality is a bit shoddy. Bought personalized cutting boards and right in the middle of the name on BOTH boards, is a large crack across the entire name as well as on the back of one board. It looks bad. The rest of the wood looks great How do you gift something like this? Can the receivers even really use it with this crack that might seep in liquids from foods that could make it worse? I'm debating even gifting these. See photos attached. In conclusion, I rate Qualtry low for their lack of communication with customers when products are delayed and for not offering the customer any compensation for the trouble up front. In addition, it gets a 2-star rating because of its low, quality assurance, but I have to give them something for I've ordered years before and the products were decent.
