I had ordered from Qualtry before and was totally happy with the product and shipping.
I ordered several Christmas gifts and a couple of birthday gifts on November 14, 2023.
I paid extra for personalization in the US and also an expedited shipping fee, even tho it was not supposed to take more than 3-5 days. I received the order on December 20,2023. More than 5 weeks from ordering and missed one of the birthdays and barely made Christmas.
At the very least I would like a refund on the expedited shipping!
