“The Christmas stockings are made of quality material and overall I’m pleased with the value. However, I was disappointed in the craftsmanship concerning the personalized name “BILL” as it puckered up the material and looks bad. The second stocking was done much better. But I am unhappy with the one that says “BILL”.”

“In the past, I have purchased numerous pillow covers and inserts for the birth of my grandchildren as well for gifts to others. They have always been great. In November, I ordered a gift for a friend - ORDER #2204868, Placed on November 16, 2023 at 9:59 am. The pillow arrived but not the personalized cover. Please follow up on this and send the pillow cover.”

“I love all the merchandise at Qualtry. I always find something great for gifts. They are quick to personalize and the quality is great. I would have given 5 stars but I feel the shipping rates are overly high. I LOVE it when they have a great sale ($5 prices) AND free shipping. It is like winning the lottery.”

“All my products that I ordered came out beautiful. The only thing I didn't like is the shipping to Hawaii was absolutely ridiculous. The shipping came out more than my actual purchase for the products ordered. I would love to order more, but hesitant because of the shipping cost. My ordered was shipped out quickly, which I loved. Please let me know when the shipping cost have improved.”

“This would be 5 stars but for one issue ... when I got to Qualtry to redeem my Groupon offer, I discovered that the offer I paid for was not fully available. While the quality of the products delivered was excellent, there were only two color choices for the leather case - lilac and mint. The Groupon offer showed six different case colors. By the time I got to Qualtry and discovered the limitation, I had no option but to choose one of two undesirable colors.”
