I thought the backpacks were "Gray" and embroidered names would be "Black". They never asked or separated the two. Gary on gray don't look good.

I purchased wooden luggage tags, they seem a little thin but I'm giving them as gifts. I hope they last with the way the airlines handle luggage.

I have used Qualtry via Groupon for a couple years now and their customer service is usually pretty good. This last time I had hiccup when they tried to swindle me for not honoring the Groupon and basically charging me again for the product and then weren’t good at explaining the price difference. I had to ask for an itemized receipt to see what was happening in order to understand what was happening because they weren’t being clear. But I’ve had more good experiences than bad with Qualtry.

I have always liked my purchases from Qualtry. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because they messed up on an embroidery order. They did very quickly resolve though.

It is pretty, but feel like the letters could be darker. It is a nice size. I used a Groupon, and the code didn’t work properly, as I see others had same problem. Groupon was no help, but customer service at Qualtrics helped right away.

I ordered two. The stain on one is quite a bit darker than the other. Can you tell me what safe product I could use to make the one darker?

Good quality, fast delivery and customer care but make sure you enter your Groupon code manually even though the site says it will be applied at checkout otherwise you will be charged full price. Customer care sS able to fix issue and refund the difference.

I don't appreciate your continued bait-and-switch tactic of promising what looks like a full-sized cutting board for a reasonable price only to find out that you must spend considerable money to get something that is not doll-sized, and not waste the Groupon you have spent money for.

1. Support was helpful with my order. 2. Good product except for “burn” color appeared much more defined on two of them than the other two. 3. I ordered two of the same product. Only one order could be processed at a time going through Groupon. Each item’s cost was $22 but the Qualtry shipping charge for each item was $16.77! Overkill for an item 8” x 7”x 1”, and 9 oz.

The bag is very nice. The downside is if you have large feet. Anything over a size 12 is a struggle to get in and out of the bag. They should put this in the description.

I think it's tricky in the checkout where it shows personalization had 2 charges- 1 for $4 and 1 for $7. I could uncheck the box for the $4 personalization but couldn't for the $7 personalization. I knew with the terms of my Groupon that personalization was free. Had I not known that, I would have mistakenly paid the $7. But I called Qualtry Customer Service and she reversed the $7 charge immediately. It was an extra step for me, but my issue was resolved right away. I'd give customer service 5 stars, but the fact that it wanted to charge me for personalization isn't right.

Items I ordered were for a new bride who will love her NEW initial! Items arrived quickly. I had three items with discounts ; but could not combine for shipping handling which turned out to be as much as the items. Be sure to check shipping costs.

I was happy with the engraving. The cutting board itself was thinner & smaller than I expected. It was a gift and bride seemed pleased with it.
