Ordered 3 items, all personalized. I received 2 of them together. When I checked the delivery status it indicated all 3 had been delivered. I looked all over my house thinking I missed it in the packing material.
Then, I received a separate package about a week later with the 3rd item. Their delivery status was not accurate and caused confusion.
