Last year my Christmas gift order from Qualtry was well-done and received in a timely fashion. This year, however, I placed my order in mid-November and did not receive it for more than six weeks. And this was after I contacted Qualtry to inquire - 'what happened to your 2-week shipping policy?' I was grateful they responded well to this inquiry, however, as a courtesy, it would behoove Qualtry to notify customers when an order is going to be so grossly overdue. And I had already paid extra for "Personalized in the USA," which was (according to their website) supposed to save shipping time. Too, Qualtry would do well to add a live person to their communication options. Overall, still pleased with the quality of the items.
