The quality of the canvas drawstring bag has gone down. It's super thin and frays easily. Purchased the same bag and print a few years ago, and that bag is thicker, bigger and no fraying. Was going to purchase another bag, but maybe next year they will switch back. One improvement wss shipping was much faster!

Products are great but took over a month to get a response to where my order was. Each time I sent email or live chat the response I got was that it take 2-4 days for production of order. It wasn't until I asked about getting a refund did I actually get a response.

They ran out of knives I purchased thru Groupon. They were More expensive and I didn't pay extra so great customer service but what I got wasn't what I really wanted.

While the pillowcase seems quite nice (haven’t washed it yet) and name was properly spelled etc this was a total bait & switch! Bought $6 Groupon for said pillowcase, then redeemed on Qualtry, $10 more for stateside personalization & $6 more for shipping! This was NOT a $6 pillowcase special by any means!

I have always enjoyed Qualtry items in the past. I placed a rather large order on Black Friday and still have not received it. These are Christmas presents and I need them desperately. There is no way to find out the status of the order.

Ordering the products from Qualtry was easy, but receiving them was another matter. I ordered the items two weeks before Thanksgiving, and they arrived three weeks and plus later.

Liked what I received. Disappointed that it was only shipped after I made an inquiry after I I not received it a month after ordering. Never responded to my inquiry but the I received notice it was shipped. I made the Order November 3 received it December 10.

I ordered a bunch of holiday cutting boards in October when there was a sale and free shipping on $100. For this purchase, I didn’t have to pay any extra fees, and they arrived quickly. When I placed an order in December, I had to pay a $5 personalization fee, which I’ve never paid in the many years I’ve been shopping Qualtry. This was apparently a fee to gave them made in America; otherwise, the item wouldn’t be ready until mid January because it would be made in China. Why did this happen for the first time ever purchasing from Qualtry? If my October order was made in China in October, it didn’t take anywhere near that long, and I was never prompted to pay $5 for made in America. I feel like this fee is opportunistic close to Christmas, and I’m very unhappy about it. I will think twice before purchasing from Qualtry in the future, even though I’ve purchased from Qualtry for years. Disappointing!

I had a few pillow covers that had a stitch in the zipper lane which did not allow the zipper to completely be unzipped.

The personalization was wrong. I called many times Each time the machine told me, "Your call is very important to us. Will connect you". I called maybe 20 times; never got to a live agent. Finally left a message and got a call back. The call-back lady was very courteous and professional. Asked me to send some photos which I did. Nothing yet so far.

The sign was OK however it was not at all what was wanted so hard for me to review Qualtry unless they have more control over their Groupon offer than I think. Firstly, I purchased a Groupon based on pictures of what I could buy. I bought at 11 pm so intended to use in the AM. Frustrating as in the AM the price of same was actually less. Nothing I could do. Went to use it and found the color choices were actually very limited. Not what was in the picture and not what I wanted. By then I was stuck though. Had to buy a RED street sign.

I ordered 12 personalized gifts. - I have still not received 3 of the items - personalized glass cans for Crystal, Clint and Randy. Although it shows as Fulfilled on my account. - The cork Personalized Cork Hot Pad for Lance & Cary Bottom line: Live . Laugh . Love looks cheap and the writing is very small. - Personalized Sarcastic Mornings Mug Collection w DENISE - the name 'Denise' is so small and lightly engraved on both sides of the mug, you can barely read the name. Overall, I will not be ordering from Qualtry again. It's not worth the frustration. Thank you, Teresa Stanbrough

I have ordered many times fir holidays or gifts. I never recieve my full order and have to call to have a re shipment. There is a delay and I can never reach a person on the phone. I leave a message and days later get a call

I’ve purchased in the past. The cutting board I just ordered is “ok”. The engraving was tilted and not completely straight. A bit disappointed but, not time to redo before Thanksgiving.

I've not had issues with Qualtry in the past, but the personalized apron I ordered was awful! Spots all over the white apron. To Qualtry's credit, they responded to my complaint immediately and took care of the problem immediately without issue.

This was my 2nd purchase. I purchased 1 board and was extremely happy but this was a few years ago. I decided to order a few for my clients and was not as happy. The print was very light it and wasn't bold as my 1st order. So I wasn't completely satisfied this time around. The picture will show the 1st order vs the 2nd order
