I am attaching a picture of the listing on Groupon that I purchased. As you can see it has a picture of a much larger cutting board as opposed to the one that was actually sent. It’s a bit misleading and disappointing as it was a gift.

Hello veronica, We've checked and it seem that the cutting board you ordered from us here in Qualtry measures 6x8 and is approximately (1/2" thick). This is also indicated in the product title and description and upgrade options for 8.5x11 and 11x14 are also available.

Was disappointed that the picture in the AD showed the engraving had a heart emoji icon in front of a name and that's what I had on my inscription but it was made without the heart... So my second line reads, " to Will Carrie" when it should have been, " To Will ❤️ Carrie"

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize that your experience with the product you received was not up to your standards. Upon checking, you have chose the "Happy Birthday-Knife" design which does not included the heart. The design with the heart symbol is the "I LOVE YOU" design. The knives were personalize base on the design template you chose and followed the same standard format.

I have purchased from Qualtry for many years & have always been pleased with the products. The prices now are getting out of hand & sadly I will not be able to shop with y’all as much. Several of my friends also shop with y’all because of my recommendation.

While the products offered by Qualtry are great for gift giving, it is very disappointing your site does not offer the option to include a gift message for the recipient.

I purchased a Groupon and followed the instructions on how to redeem and I was charged the full amount vs. what I should have been charged with the Groupon. I tried calling the number provided Multiple times and kept getting disconnected because the user was not available. Overall very disappointed with the the lack of instruction and ability to call into the company.

The people were very responsive, but I just wished the Groupon redemption instructions were more clear. I bought one Groupon for two towels, then on the Qualtry site, I assumed my quantity was "one" and that I'd get two towels. When I received one, I called and was told that I should've put "two" in the quantity box. Qualtry gave me a code to get the second towel, but because I bought two Groupons for four towels and didn't understand when I redeemed either one, I ended up paying shipping individually for each towel ($6.29 x 4). Also, on my first towel, the third letter does not line up with the first one. I chose the "SMB" monogram and the letter in the "B" place is lower than the letter in the "S" place. It is not enough to make me send it back, but it was disappointing. I am still waiting on the others. Hopefully, they will look good.

The gift was sent out in a very timely manner and it was very nice. However, the gift had an obvious defect that should have been discovered PRIOR to it being sent out. Once I made them aware of it they took corrective action immediately.

The small cutting board is VERY SMALL. I had made for my daughters wedding as a gift and now embarrassed to give it. If ordering, the small size is only good for display, not a cutting board!!

The site obviously doesn’t have a great way of getting the size of board a bit confusing to this old girl and I was completely confused on what Groupon payment was for and what the website charged!!!

This was a gift so I didn’t get to see it so I just licked the middle number. Also the gift card/note was not included so they didn’t know who sent it. Luckily I was tracking it and was able to contact them.

2 of my 3 wooden photo blocks were great. The other one was engraved on the worst of the 4 sides of the wooden block. Odd, because the other sides were nice and rich looking. Was a wedding gift, but I'm tossing in trash and headed back out shopping.

The bags are no longer canvas material. They are more like a thin fabric. Haven’t used them yet as they are meant to be gifts, but disappointed in the material.

Love quality of towel; beautiful lettering. However, monogram was incorrect. I was confused as to how to enter the 3 letters. I stated in notes the correct letter order. Would like to have towel with correct monogram

The order was promptly delivered; however the printing on 2/3 of my order was incorrect and has to be reprinted. The response to the order problem was quickly responded to.
