The people were very responsive, but I just wished the Groupon redemption instructions were more clear. I bought one Groupon for two towels, then on the Qualtry site, I assumed my quantity was "one" and that I'd get two towels. When I received one, I called and was told that I should've put "two" in the quantity box. Qualtry gave me a code to get the second towel, but because I bought two Groupons for four towels and didn't understand when I redeemed either one, I ended up paying shipping individually for each towel ($6.29 x 4).
Also, on my first towel, the third letter does not line up with the first one. I chose the "SMB" monogram and the letter in the "B" place is lower than the letter in the "S" place. It is not enough to make me send it back, but it was disappointing. I am still waiting on the others. Hopefully, they will look good.
