Products are good , however , customer service was not good this time .. my priority order was not given priority status , judging by its very tardy delivery! I’ve sent several emails requesting that my $9.99 fee be reimbursed or credited , but I’ve gotten no response ..

I like my items but I received them 2 weeks after Christmas. I understand the labor shortage but I had paid for priority processing (which was refunded).

Very disappointed as I just received my pkg and it was supposed to be here for Christmas. Not much I can use it for on January 5th.

Average overall. Delivery was fairly quick, but product quality and printing were nothing exceptional. A bit disappointed, to be honest.

I placed my order on Dec. 7, 2022 but did not receive it till Jan. 3, 2023 which was already late for Christmas presents. Fortunately, the items were exactly how they were described and I was very pleased. Just hope Qualtry would be more prompt in servicing orders as soon as they are placed. Courier service was great - tracking the order every step. Delay was from Qualtry who did not act on the order until I followed up with them.

10 days late Late, missing items: 4 Zodiac sign pillow inserts I paid for 4. Packing slip says 1? 4 aluminum luggage tag hooks.

Very good quality of products, the shipping time a little long but it’s understandable. Unfortunately I am missing 2 of the products ordered.

The items I purchased were nice; however, the shipping took a very long time. It almost didn't make it on time for me to give the gifts. It literally arrived the day of. Also, the shipping cost was outrageous! You would think if I paid that much, it would arrive in a timely manner.

I ordered 3 items. They all look very nice but I ordered them on December 1st and was told they should certainly arrive by Christmas. I received them 12/31. When I enquired about the delivery status on 12/12 I was told the products were ready but the shipping dept. was short handed. It was finally shipped on 12/20 but did not reach my home until 12/31. The next time I will see the intended recipient for my gift is May so they will get their gift 5 months late. Quality obviously couldn't handle the volume of holiday orders.

Order did not process timely and even though I ordered in November, well before the deadline to have completed in time for Christmas, the items were not received on time and they were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Qualtry did refund half of the purchase price. Overall quality was good and the customization was correct.

well one of the bags was printed without the proper ink. I ordered more in the beginning of December thinking it would get here by x-mas. i even paid extra ($10) to expedite it but it didn't get here until a few days after x-mas. I also ordered a stand for the cutting board.. it was a Christmas gift but that still hasn't gotten here. If I knew these things would not get here until after Christmas I would never have ordered.

I received most of my order but I didn't get my beach canvas print. I know the box I did receive had most of my order in it and there is no way that canvas print would fit in it. I really love you guys and I hope to order from you again.

Sipping was the biggest disappointment I would never have ordered if I knew how late and unsure of date delivery was. When delivery was for Saturday I missed family events waiting for shipment. Bad call on my part. The personalized items correct in spelling etc. some not as nice, as pictured Inscriptions not as dark ( hard to read ) on some wood items. I did get in on Christmas deals so I was fine with items.

I would have given them 5 stars but I bought all Christmas items a month before Christmas and got them 4 days after Christmas. There was no indication that they wouldn't make it by the Dec 25th date.

Did not get a chance to use item as it took longer than promised to arrive. Was ordered on Black Friday and did not receive until after Christmas and was going to be a Christmas present to our kids.

I bought pillow covers and pillows - They were Beautiful I bought ( 2 ) bread boards - The color was nothing like the picture - The board is too yellow, in color - The photo showed a dark board - I am unhappy with that color and would have never ordered it.

I laughed so hard when I open the package. It is the smallest cutting board I've ever seen I guess I didn't pay enough attention to the size. The personalization is done nice on it but I'm almost embarrassed to give it to him as a gift now.

I like Qualtry - I've ordered from you multiple times. I ordered a variety of Christmas gifts on December 13th and was excited that A) I got a chunk of gifts knocked out in one spot on time and B) my family would be happy with their personalized gifts. Your website stated that each of the items would be prepared for delivery within 4 days or less, and because I ordered over $100 shipping was included. Great - everything should be shipped by Friday, which gave me more than a week to receive the gifts before Christmas. The items actually shipped late in the day on Monday the 19th thru Fedex. Fedex guaranteed delivery by Friday the 23rd, at least according to their tracking information. On Friday evening, that tracking information updated the delivery date to "Pending." I finally received the order on the afternoon of Tuesday the 27th. I had to race around & buy other gifts for my family on Saturday, none of which I was very pleased with. Half of them were just gift cards. I was not going to reach out to FedEx or Qualtry about this because life goes on, these are essentially first-world problems, but I received this email for a survey. I will say it did put a huge damper on our Christmas and was a somewhat of stressful time, opposed to my initial excitement. As for the products themselves: Everything is mostly fine. I'll review them individually below. If I would ask anything of Qualtry, it would be a credit towards a future purchase. I would like to keep using your website, and that would go a long way towards me doing so. Happy New Year to anyone who's reading this! :)

Order arrived after Christmas. One glove was stretched out bigger than the other. Embroidery was not centered.
