I didn't get a choice to order the spoon or fork, the fork was just made and delvered. The sticker on the item said spoon and fork so I really thought I was getting both. I am not sure how only a fork will work alone. The product looks nice and I did get in on time. Just very confused and not really fair I couldn't choose which one I really wanted.

The items I ordered were very nicely engraved, however, the size was not at all what I expected. They were so small that the purpose that I needed them for will not work.

I ordered 2 cutting boards. I was correct. The other was another person’s order. I called immediately, Monday, left a message and have not heard a thing.

Two of the three cutting boards received turned out poorly and I do not want to give them to the recipients. Usually they look good but these three all have issues. Hoping customer support can help resolve before Christmas.

I like the quality of my order but I'm very disappointed in the customer service. I placed 2 orders on the same day and I finally received 1 of the orders but the second order hasn't been fulfilled yet so I called customer service and they don't know why it isn't done and said they can refund me, I don't want the money back I want the items I ordered. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts but the agent told me that I won't be getting them in time and possibly not at all. I'm very frustrated as this happened to me last year as well. I can guarantee this will probably be my last order and once I receive my order I will be leaving a review online as well as on Groupon so that others know what to expect!

Missing pillow insert. Ordered TWO PILLOW INSERTS received ONE. Christmas is just next weekend. I have sent an email and am hoping that they will be fixing this mistake and shipping my missing item EXPRESS as soon as possible.

Product was great but instead of receiving 2 sets of glasses with different inscription, I received 4 of the same glasses. Therefore, I’m missing part of my order.

It is hard to write a positive review at the moment. I ordered 20 aluminum luggage tags. They did not come with the wire rings. I also ordered a draw string bag that came in complete. I called customer service and left messages. I also emailed customer service and left a message and I have not heard from anyone as of yet. At this time I do not care about the drawstring bag. I would like the metal rings to be sent to me as soon as possible as they are Christmas gifts for various family and friends.

I got couple of stuff s from qualtry. I loved the quality of these products but one of the glass that I purchased was broken when it arrived. I wish the packaging for these fragile items were done separately with bubble wrap and with a note that it’s fragile item.

The pillow cases I ordered are great. The ornament I ordered is not. It’s a photo ornament. The picture is not centered, so the hole to hang it from is right in the middle of my son-in-law’s head. Not the message I want to send to him. He’s a wonderful husband & dad! I wonder if anyone checked it before it was mailed out?

Item came as promised. It looks nice , however I thought I was getting what was pictured. It was a darker wood. The wood appeared darker but light when I received it.
