Sketch pad & pillow case was very nice. The pillow insert was so very thin, would not buy it again. I would not recommend pillow insert.

Cup came broken. I had tried contacting your company for over a week with a question and phone was never answered. I have ordered on many occasions and this was by far the worst time trying to get an issue resolved

I like the pads but one corner of each was pushed in & the pad with pencils has a defect in the packet that holds the pencils

Somewhat disappointed in the stockings and pillowcases, very disappointed in the pillows themselves. The photos present the items I purchases much better than they actually are.

I like the $5.00 sales. This is the 3rd time ordering from you. I like the quality. This year I got Santa bags with names. There are so small for the price I can not use them for gifts. I will probably use them for candy. Sincerely Marilyn Abel

For cloth items (e.g., tote bags, pillowcases, and tea towels), Quality is pretty good. Personalized items are fun. The woodworking department is less good. I have ordered from Qualtry in the past, and have had to ask that things be redone. I tried again this year, and was disappointed that the cutting boards were not cut symmetrically near the handle. I have submitted photos via email and am awaiting a response. I am hoping that they will redo them (or let me send these back and have them re-shaped by a more detailed craftsman). I have uaually purchased with Groupon or a sale. The overall quality of anything I have ever ordered is not worth it at regular prices. If it is an important gift, make sure you have plenty of time, in case there are issues and it needs to be redone. :( Customer service is always nice. I assume that the "qual" in Qualtry stands for quality. So yes, I expect excellent quality. :) Oh, it is disappointing that you can't do accents (like for other languages). I have no idea what the production steps are, but adding that would be a very nice plus. If any of the complaints I have cited are due to rushing, then simply don't rush. Haste makes waste.

The product concept was cute, but the customized notebook looked smudged when I got it. Like the customized ink didn't set or dry and the front cover had smudged black ink over it. It isn't terrible, but it isn't nice looking either. So great concept but need to improve on delivering the product in good order!

I ordered many items, and my order arrived incomplete. I emailed the customer service address as the phone number was always busy, and I still have not heard back regarding the rest of my order. What I did receive (personalized pillow cases, cutting boards, personalized gift bags, and children's beanies) were lovely and well made. I would just like to receive the rest of my order.

The cutting board was nice. It seems the wood is not as dark and high quality as in the past.

The boards are nice but there are several discrepancies. They are scratched, gaps in between the pieces glued together and there is no seal on the board.

The engraving is very shallow and on light colored wood, so you can hardly see the writing.

I love your product but every time I make a purchase on Groupon, there’s a glitch that requires me to call your customer service department. If only it were seamless! You deserve the highest score but until it’s resolved, I can only give a 3.
