For cloth items (e.g., tote bags, pillowcases, and tea towels), Quality is pretty good. Personalized items are fun.
The woodworking department is less good. I have ordered from Qualtry in the past, and have had to ask that things be redone. I tried again this year, and was disappointed that the cutting boards were not cut symmetrically near the handle. I have submitted photos via email and am awaiting a response. I am hoping that they will redo them (or let me send these back and have them re-shaped by a more detailed craftsman).
I have uaually purchased with Groupon or a sale. The overall quality of anything I have ever ordered is not worth it at regular prices.
If it is an important gift, make sure you have plenty of time, in case there are issues and it needs to be redone. :(
Customer service is always nice.
I assume that the "qual" in Qualtry stands for quality. So yes, I expect excellent quality. :)
Oh, it is disappointing that you can't do accents (like for other languages). I have no idea what the production steps are, but adding that would be a very nice plus.
If any of the complaints I have cited are due to rushing, then simply don't rush. Haste makes waste.
